They went above and beyond to help me especially so last minute on Christmas Eve. A lovely lady by the name of Marilyn assisted me and was so great! Genuinely made it so easy to get a new phone.

Took my phone in on 5/25/22 to this location (place I bought it) and let the lady behind the counter know what the issues are with my device (my device VM was hacked). She was very dismissive and not very nice. Her automatic response was for me to call customer service instead of trying to help me. She never even looked at my phone to see if she could help me, she didn't ask me any questions like how long have you had these issues or anything like that. She never even offered to call my number so she could see and hear how my VM on my phone was hacked. In any place of employment, the number one thing is customer service.. well she must have failed that class.

Be aware of cricket updates . Especially when buying a new phone or adding lines. Very complicated.

They did not tell me anything or guide me and obviously my service was always suspended even being paid, even if I changed the chip to other newer phones, the line never worked because the chip in the phone that I brought was blocked because it was not compatible but the one used there He put it and even knowing that he didn't mention anything to me !!! Several times I tried to solve the problem with the employee and she only said that if it worked when it did not and she did not want to refund the money when it was obviously her mistake. In the end I went to a downtown cricket and a very friendly employee was the one who explained to me that this was what happened. Don't go to that store, lousy customer service from the girl who's on weekday shift.(Original)Pésimo servicio, agregué otra línea a mi paquete y activaron el chip en un teléfono que yo llevé pero NO era compatible con la red de Cricket y aún así lo pusieron ahí!! No me dijeron nada ni me orientaron y obvio mi servicio siempre estubo suspendido aún estando pagado, así cambiara el chip a otros teléfonos más nuevos nunca funcionó la línea porque se bloqueó el chip en el teléfono que yo llevé por no ser compatible pero la empleada ahí lo puso y aún sabiendo eso no me mencionó nada!!! Varias veces intenté solucionar el problema con la empleada y solo decía que si funcionaba cuando no era así y tampoco me quiso reembolsar el dinero cuando obvio fue error de ella. Al final fui a un Cricket del centro y un empleado muy amable fue quien me explicó que fue eso lo que pasó. No vayan a esa tienda, pésimo servicio al cliente de la chava que está en turno de día entre semana.

After activating service on February 27 my phone completely shut off and was completely dead, i went to store for help and mngr Gilber was completely useless he threw everything on customer service and refused to give me info on his site management stating i need to go thru customer service. I explained my phone is my job and he had no solution whatsoever. Customer service just wanted to send me to warranty dept but nothing could be solved now. Gilber was extremely unprofessional and unqualified to solve customer service issues. So u telling me in a store w 100s of phones there's nothing u can do to help? His answer was NO!! PLUS he Didnt offer his mgrs info as he is forbiden from doing so. Ill reach out thru social media outlets Im sure the owners from this store will see it there at929 sunland park dr suite D
