I had a great experience at this location. The person who helped me was David and he was very kind and knowledgeable. Every question I had he had an answer. I will defiantly be coming to this Cricket if I ever need further assistance.

Gina is quite an incompetent and rude rep. She lacks all basic customer service skills. Most of the time I was there she was "multitasking ", quite poorly if I must say so. She never adequately paid attention to my problem and boasted of having knowledge she clearly lacked. I left this location just wanting to change service providers after over a decade of service with cricket. She commented someone had complained before and almost got fired. I SEE WHY! She clearly is in the wrong line of work. Your customers are clearly better without her service. Hope to find better service on my next visit, at another location. I actually managed to get much better and fast service on the Cricket line. Still staying with cricket but definitely avoiding this location or if she's there I'm definitely just walking out.

Good location, as long as everything goes well. Yet if the staff messes up your order or account, you have to pay for their mistakes. First incident occurred a few months back when we upgraded our phone. The representative made a mistake while activating one of our account, she gave us a Nevada phone code not 915. She said that if we wanted to change it to a 915 area code we would have to pay for a sim activation and a change of line fee. every though she was at fault.Second incident occurred on Black Friday. We came in to upgrade our phone to the latest version, as well as replace a damaged phone covered under insurance we pay monthly for. We were told insurance would not cover it or if it does it would cost the same as buying a new one. We then removed the monthly insurance we pay for as it covers nothing. Additionally. We were told that if we got screens and cases for 25 dollars it would get the phones at the new customer rate plus i (Black Friday Promotion). We did NOT, we received it at the full rate. Then we head home and find out the cards are not working since the sim cards were not inserted. We call and talk to the manager to see if maybe they have our sims cards in the business and were told we have to pay for their mistake.I have left the names out, for respect to the individuals involved. Yet, I have receipts and dates, and names as proof.I have now filed a complaint with the FCC. If they have done something similar to you, I invite you to file a report as well. Unfortunately, this seems like the only way a change will be implemented. Really looking forward to corporate making it right again, this cannot continue*** Although, they are not good at righting their mistakes, the staff is friendly! they greet you authentically when you enter the door, and they are mostly polite***

I went to the Cricket wireless retailer on 3581 Zaragoza Rd. and am happy to report that Jassel G. listened and acted to my request for service to a phone recently purchased.I had gone to other locations but had no success in resolving my phone's issue. Today was a good day at this location. One that I'll visit again all because of Jassel .
