“About five years ago I wrote NFCU in VirginiaCEO. Asked him why there was three NFCU locations on the East side. ZERO in the West Side. Do a demographic study. Put a NFCU in the West Side precluding me from driving 50 miles R/T. In a year NFCU shows up. Good job. Someone listened. Parking is in issue in a busy mall. Get over it. Benefit of having a NFCU here outweighs a parking space. Small inconvenience. Walk a little. Won't hurt you. Geewiz!”

“When we really needed $5k GECU was the obvious, and perhaps, our only choice. We had suffered a BK the year before and credit options were limited. Fortunately we have the pink slips to our cares so when the situation called for drastic options we jumped at it. So first I must express my gratitude before I complain: 'GECU' -- fix your website to 'functional' . . . Just enough so that your customers can make payments--easy. On more than just a few occasions I've had to write checks and drop them off at one of your many branches; but then again you have friendly agents eager to help.”

“The food is absolutely delish and definitely packing a punch. The ramen has such a good hearty flavor that you'll end up craving it all the time. My only complain would be the portions, the ramen was not filling and it's more like a snack size. It is priced a bit higher than I would've liked for what we received. Overall, I personally think it's a place worth checking out.”

“I got incorrect information from a telephone representative about a delay in a Zelle deposit. I thought. Yarely at the Viscount location, and a manager named Marco, got the correct information. It was Zelle, and not the two banks involved, that was delaying to transfer. Because of security, Patriot Act? Eho knows. I have been satisfied with my time at GECU, and have found ways to get around their not having services I can get from a large bank. ...Like ATMs worldwide, or only beimg able to Zelle $200 at a time. They are responsive when you have an issue, and have secure systems in place.”

“Not going to lie, I do 99.5% of my banking online. I have multiple accounts with GECU and have never had an issue. Recently moved and went into the upper valley location for the first time. Service agent in front was quick to try to assist me but as I needed a cash withdrawal I was directed to the virtual tellers in back. I'd never used one of these nifty machines but... virtual call connected with my teller quickly and she walked me through the process (simple, easy, painless). As I left service agents in front asked if I had any issues and wished me good night. So... some new technology to tackle but the same great service I have always received from them.”

“I have been coming to this drive-thru to pay my automobile loan for the past 3 years. I pay with a check from my other financial institution in which I received my direct deposit. Today a nice man named Steven assisted me and spoke to me through the camera. He took it upon himself to suggest that I go on the app and put an automatic payment through something called external payment. I had no idea that this option was available and I am ever so grateful as this man has saved me a trip to the bank every month. I wish every company would have such devoted employees as to offer additional information on the services that the company provides. Excellent job steven! Thank you GECU for hiring this fine employee”

“Wow! This GECU location only has a two-star rating! I didn't think my visit the other day was bad. My situation was a little bit weird. I deposited cash into their ATM machine on a Sunday morning. I don't think their ATM machine was working properly. My deposit didn't show up in my bank account that day or on Monday. Also, their app and website were down for some time on Sunday. I had to wait until Tuesday to go and speak to them about my situation. I couldn't go on Monday because they were going to closed for Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples Day. For some reason, it seems like their app and computer messes up when a holiday comes up from time to time. Why is that?? Anyway, when I went to talk to them on Tuesday the place was super packed! I had to wait about 15 or 20 minutes for someone to help me out. Not too bad considering the crowd. The young lady who assisted me was polite and pretty quick with resolving my issue. She asked me some questions and filled out a form. She didn't really know why the deposit wasn't showing up on the app or website/my bank statement. She did some paperwork and told me the deposit would show up that afternoon. It showed up at around 1 pm. Overall, this GECU has been pretty efficient and helpful when visiting inside. I've gone in a few other times. I usually use their ATM outside to make a deposit or withdraw money. I hardly ever go inside. I had to this time because that was pretty much the only way they could resolve my issue. I've been using GECU for about six or seven years now. I had Chase before and they weren't bad. Both of these have been about the same. The worst bank I've ever worked with was Wells Fargo. Try GECU if you're in the El Paso area. Their employees are mostly nice and helpful. They also get the job done.”
