Dropped car off on 1/30/23 when transmission quit working while driving home to Tucson on I-10. Was assigned to Melissa. Got an estimate of $6,700 to replace it after about a week. I asked about whether the dealership wanted to buy the car and was told they would buy for $9,000 about a week later. When I tried to get the transaction completed, was told that the $9,000 was only good as a trade-in price. Now Melissa doesn't respond to me, we are still driving a rental car, car is still 300 miles away, transmission is still not fixed, apparently they don't want to buy the car. I can see why reviews are so low. Stay tuned for more if they ever contact me.

Bought a used vehicle from this dealer. The vehicle is a clean carfax no accidents or damage reported, but it turned out to have some damage. On the driver door the paint started to crack up. Now it looks ugly and it's embarrassing. The vehicle cost me well over $50k to have this issue. So I called my saleswomen (Sara Auckland) she told me it would be covered because it has "triton protect" come to find out I go to the dealer took it to service talked to Sally Knight the service advisor. She told me it wouldn't be covered because they didn't do any work to the car. She didn't want to help me. So now I'm stuck with this horrible paint and will need to pay out of pocket. Thought this was home of the nice guys. I guess not. Salesman told me it should be covered by the triton protect - weather related chalking. I guess is not important to keep a customer happy. Won't buy a vehicle from casa ever again.

10/10 this dealership is A1, Mr.Cepeda and homero took amazing care of me! They put me in the truck of my dreams! I am very happy with this dealership and their service, I was very unhappy w my toyota tundra, GMC does it right! From the salesmen to the vehicle!!

Good selection of vehicles but lacks customer service and fails to fulfill promise to customers after sale. No personal touch to each and every customer. Sales department all cares about is their commission. I bought a vehicle here in October of 2022, a used toyota highlander with broken windshield and floors. I was promised for them to be replaced. After following up with my sales person, Marco, I was given the runaround of still trying find a floor mat for my vehicle. I followed up for a few months, still empty promise. It is now March of 2023 and still nothing from them. The same situation with my windshield. I was redirected to the general manager, Hector Solis, but it seems like they are all the same. They fail to fulfill their promise to customers after they made a sale. I will be filing a complaint to their own department because at this point I already gave up on them and I just hope that this do not happen to other people that goes to CASA Nissan to purchase a vehicle.

I've always get good CS here. My bad review is for management. Credit card surcharge, seriously? Tell your cashiers to mention this prior to taking a credit card.

The sales person was helpful, knowledgeable and had excellent people skills. When it was time to deal with the finance managers, dealt with 2, they were rude and very condescending!! I know it's there job to haggle and make a sale but you don't have to be patronizing!!!

We purchased a GMC Yukon Denali less then a month ago , it was a trade in and needed to be ran through service and detail before being ready . We had to run out to the dealership 5 times between sales and finance not getting the contract right, after all the trips they gave my wife a 25.00 gas card to try to make up for it which we literally spent more then that in gas. The vehicle is finally ready for pickup and then the detail shop did something to the windshield and it had a weird streaks in it and were unable to get it out after 3 times . Sales dept so ohh well you are going to have to live with it , after some back and forth with my wife they finally agreed to replace the windshield . The floor mats that were originally in the vehicle when we purchased it were now gone and sales/ finance didn't want to replace them so they gave us some old torn middle matches colored ones . We will just replace them we aren't getting any help from them after it was there people who lost/ misplaced them. After 2 weeks we had a dead battery on the vehicle and we thought of get it checked out , found out the vehicle has multiple sensors that needed changed and that was causing the dead battery, since my wife and I am were relocating to a different state could they get it into service we had a few weeks , which we felt was a reasonable time frame , they said they couldn't get us in , I talked to sales / finance and asked can I get a loaner and you guys keep the vehicle until its fixed ? Sales said yes so why drives to the dealership when she gets there sales/service/ finance said no they can't get her a loaner and that she can leave the vehicle but then won't have anything to drive . So we took the vehicle with us and that was the last time we were there , wouldn't recommend doing any sort of business with casa GMC they want to sell vehicles and not take care of any customers regardless of it's there fault of the customers . Buyers beware !!!!!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. I had got into an accident not too long ago and my insurance referred me here. It took us months to finally get an appointment. After finally getting ahold of them they took in my car, my car was in the shop for about 5-6 weeks. Not once did they bother to give me updates, I was calling in everyday and nobody was able to pick up. Out of those 5 weeks, I was able to get ahold of who i needed maybe three times. I was being nice because I get it, short staffed whatever. But why is it that every time I walked in everyone was sitting on their computers perfectly capable of answering a quick phone call to update us? Car gets fixed and there are off whites on my car that looked as if they covered up some scratches I let them know they said no it was there. Insurance came through with before pictures and those scratches were not there, the manager was very irresponsible his actions were terrible. I was told my headlights were going to get fixed never did, the person working on my car told me they didn't even touch the headlight and manager said they did and kept insisting they changed it with a refurbished headlight.... But everyone else told me different. And i know it was my same headlight!! PLEASE! lol They didn't address me by my name, it was always someone else's name. When i went to pick up my car they gave me the WRONG KEYS. When i got there they quickly tried having me pay, and i literally had to ask if we can check out the car before I go pay since I had seen all the scratches prior to entering the office. For it being a dealership body shop everything here was soooo UNPROFESSIONAL. It's been two weeks since i've had my car, i washed it and that paint came right off. Not once did they offer to fix it, not once did they own up to what they did. I don't recommend coming here at all!!!!!

Their auto and collision center is a nightmare. They took forever to order my parts then to fix my car and then they didn't even fix it entirely. They use the "we don't have workers and COVID excuse" but then when they get the parts and new employees it's the same thing. Each time I go, there is another customer with the same problem as me. Go somewhere to get you car fixed, it will save you a lot of stress.
