Beware! Fraudulent!!!!!! Ordered a $400 pair of Gator skin boots on 9/12. It's now November and still haven't gotten what I paid for. Emailed asking multiple times and got no reply until they decided to make phoney baloney excuses and making false accusations at me, and then finally flat out admitted that they will not be sending me my boots. SCAM ALERT!!!! And their website is a pathetic joke as well.

I love this place. Great customer service and selection. I bought a pair of boots and left the store pleased. 2 seeks later, my right boot began to act up. It felt the arch rose up, and it was hurting me. I called the store, and with no hesitation, they told me to come on in, and they would take a look.dure enough, the arch did rise a bit, and a nice gentleman was kind enough to take it to this boot shop they have in store and he hammered it out. Next thing I know, good as new!!

Ordered a pair of python skin boots from Ramon over the phone, he provided me with Great customer service and got my boots shipped out the same day. today I received my boots in the mail. Let me say that the quality of the boots fully meets the quality standards and expectations I had seen online as they are hand made after all
Skin was slightly dry but with boot conditioner they look and feel as fresh as the day the snake was skinned. Will be a returning customer and i will suggest anyone that is looking for a pair of boots, look no further than cowtown boots in el paso!!!

Mr. J (Jaime..hopefully it’s correct) really helped me throughout this experience. Very informative with the selection of my very first boots. My woman and I kept laughing and even got the chance to take pictures. Definitely will be back soon.

Excellent experience showed up at the worst time in my experience in sales, 5 minutes till closing time. Still received best service in town after visiting 3 different stores that same day. Carlos provided great service and knowledge to help us choose the best fitting boots will definitely be returning for any future purchases.
