I love shopping for anything I need. There is a problem with the lack of amount in women's clothing, the men have more tables of clothing then the women do. There are too many kinds of leggings and not enough regular pants available, jeans, slacks, ect. The women need more variety in the types of clothing that are ordered.

It is a good place to shop, parking is ample, gas is cheap and they always have enough open boxes. Overall very good!

Horrible experience twice now, will be canceling my membership. First employee Char tried to sell me the executive membership I kept telling her repeatedly my husband and I were good, finally after 45 minutes with her she proceeds to talk about us with her coworkers in front of us whispering making us feel uncomfortable as to why we didn’t go with the executive membership, I over heard her say “it has to be the reason why they don’t want it” like SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. Like I get it lady your job is to probably sell the executive and credit cards but no need to make us feel uncomfortable by continuing to talk about it then to your peers! Then a cashier was just slamming my groceries with a mad look on her face in front of her supervisor. Horrible shopping experience in my opinion. Will be getting a Sam’s membership why would I want to continue shopping here.

If you want to have a bad time come to costco.
It was the first time I was going to buy with my husband's membership, therefore I did not know that it was necessary for him to be present, since in Mexico it is not necessary for the member to accompany you, you can make purchases independently. Well, they didn't let me pay, my husband got upset and told me to wait until he arrived from the Eastside, which took about 40 minutes. The person who was there looked at me and was upset, telling me that due to politics he couldn't let me pass, which doesn't happen with Sams. It was frustrating. Maybe I'll only renew in Juarez because of the chocoflan in Mexico, but I don't think I'll go back to that racist store.

at the food court there was a cute Chihuahua who wasn't barking or annoying anyone and a worker came and kicked them out and was giving them dirty looks the whole time

I like Costco but not this location which I’m stuck with Please bring a second Costco East side or Las Cruces !!
Overall most employees are NICE. I’ve received help when i was looking at macbooks. Ive also had some good and bad reception at checkouts.
There is a specific group of them that rotate and tag team.
One time i was helping the cashier by lining up the bar codes on items for easier scanning and was told i cant do that anymore and polices changed with the new MANAGER..
Another time after i lined them up and they thanked me.
So yes there is a specific “crew” that wants to be boy/girl scouts.
I’ve also witnessed them yelling at someone telling them to go around when the individual was trying to rush to the bathroom they even showed them their membership! Ive had bad experiences 1st hand also.
There are many unfortunate experiences that are listed under negative reviews.
Most are warranted but others not so much.
I respect having to check id as it helps keep prices low by making sure its members only.

I have been going to Costco for over 10 years and it has always been my favorite place to shop UNTIL RECENTLY. The customer service used to be one of the best and in line with what Costco stands for...Great Customer Service. But now, the employees are getting ruder and seem very moody all the time. We went yesterday and dealt with at least 3 rude employees. Plus they couldn't do a simple return because they were being difficult until a manager came and easily completed the return after having waited over 30 minutes going back and forth with the 2 women that were working customer service and did not know what to do besides tell us we had to come back another day.
I hope they can get their wonderful customer service that they used to have back, because a lot of the ones they have now are not representing the company very well.
I thought about cancelling my membership yesterday but we will see.
There are still a handful of them that are great but the bad ones are more than the good ones at this point.

I will start by saying I’ve been a Costco customer for many years!! I have always loved it’s products and above all it’s quality.
So this time my review will be different; I’m complaining about the restrooms at Costco. There’s only one way to say it “they bring shame!” It’s unbelievable! Considering the type of store it is; the kind of “service “ they offer restrooms simply don’t match. Have to say more? Fan inside restrooms?? Really? Faucets don’t work properly? Outdated?? Costco common on ?!
I get it; attention is inside the store, amount of products etc; but restrooms speak very loudly about how you treat a client I do hope Costco considers this and invests some of the huge amount of money they make in improving their restrooms.
Last but not least; for the first time we had a cashier that didn’t know how to handle herself properly while taking care of us. I get it we all have our moments; but being professional at your job is key; awareness and being present is part of what we as clients expect from our experience as customers. Costco please do your job well?! Thank you!

I work part time at Costco and love the company. Costco is so clean and organized. They have great products,super low prices and stand
behind their guarantees to the customer. Love the bakery department's
creative delicious desserts. It is a fun and happy store to shop in and find that special item . The Deli has just wonderful food and desserts for everyone ! The sweet smiles of the children and their laughter is so fun to embrace.
