Go early in the morning at Costco gasoline almost no lines. Just a couple of cars really. Today Super is $2.799 which is really a great price. No service at the pump but staff is around if help is needed.

Just replaced 4 tires and asked for 1 TPMS sensor to be replaced. Dropped off at 2:30 and was told they'd be done in an hour. Was told I'd be given a call when done.Come 5:15pm, I head over to the store and ask for my vehicle. I asked why no one called me and was told that the TPMS sensor took longer. Not only can 4 tires be changed and balanced in 30 minutes but the sensor takes less than a minute to program.Costco, I recommend you audit your tire department. They left the blue protective film on the new tires as well now I have to take that off myself, as well as the grease that was left on the tires.I spent almost $1k on these tires and this is the service you provide? Whoa...first and last time.Maybe you should work by appointment only. That's if you truly want to serve your members right.

I like the pricing on meats, dry goods, and the books as well. I don't recommend the produce, however. Every trip we've had to Costco this year, we've gotten home and opened molded food. The mold is always conveniently under labels or deep inside the container where you can't see it from turning the package around.

Customer Service is top notch and wonderful in Texas but not in Alhambra California! Sandra Gomez had to step in from El Paso, Texas. We had very rude, lazy & vile treatment from Customer Service at Costsco Alhambra in California. BUT this is the tradgic part, there was one gentleman in Alhambra customer service that helped us and called my mother in law in El Paso Texas to help us resolve the issue two weeks previously. Sadly, this gentleman that gave us help and actually listened to us was thrown under the bus for listening and trying to help resolve an issue by the Supervisor. This Supervisor was trying to stir the pot and got her minions to support her bad customer service. I feel bad for the young man in customer service, he was great. Why isn't this guy a supervisor?! He gave us professionalism and courtesy ...he should be a supervisor?! Why?! Why is it that this great customer service rep in Costsco Alhambra is not promoted to supervisor. He listened and tried to help us but instead we got Supervisor Tweedle dum and subordinates Tweedle dummers trying to make us look feel like trash and swindlers. One subordinate was named Norma, she stood out for being the worst, she yelled at my hubby when we attempted to go back and get that gentleman to help us as a second attempt. (We thought we would get the next shift and avoid those lousy abusive Customer Service Reps and her repugnant Supervisor...that didn't happen!) It took us two weeks and two days for my husband and my mother in law to get this stupid thing "resolved." Perhaps it may take longer, we need to go back to Alhambra Costsco and give them an email for Costco El Paso Texas so that my mother in law can retrieve and change the membership. My mother in law wants to mail the rewards to us...lol. The funny part is that I have dealt with customers when there were strikes on the ports...so I dealt with crazy customer. What is the excuse for being lazy and then casting blame on someone that should be supervisor.

Love Costco prices and pizza and hot dog combo. Get my TP and paper towels there. Olive oil and mango juice too. Have to say I prefer it over Sams club for sure.

I have used Costco gas in many places across the country in this particular place it was clean and well attended with staff available to help you no matter what type of situation you may need from forgetting your card to trouble at the pump. Costco has lots of things for the consumer to feel good about 1st of all the quality of their gas is excellent especially for the price point and I really need premium and it's anywhere from 10 to 20 cents a gallon less than is in the general market. It's a great value. The quality of their goods are also excellent in the store. Including lots of organic food in the crazy value of their $5 roasted chicken just like a miniature turkey. But most important they pay a livable wage for their average employees including health care and benefits and I always want to support a large port a large retail Box store that does this type of thing. Generally they have excellent covid 19 practices.

I love Costco. But I saw an old lady touching all the Croissants. Not because they fell out but because she was choosing them! Please start sealing the croissant boxes in order to avoid this type of incident that’s putting peoples health at risk. Who knows how many other uncivilized people have done the same.

Abysmal disability access: only five electric scooters for the whole store. More than an hour wait for one, and I was told this is typical. Small grocery stores have more scooters available for their customers. Never experienced this at another Costco, not in Washington, New Jersey, or Mexico City. Manager (Rigo) said they "couldn't afford" to offer more, and that they do what the law requires. That's not enough. These scooters are not that expensive or hard to make room for! This store discriminates against those of us who for whatever reason can't walk easily - whether because of age, disease, or injury. A shame for the Costco brand.

Usually love this place. I have been going to this place since I was little, I recently had the worst experience ever. First red flag was they sold me a computer they didn't even have in stock so I waited at the kiosk for electronics and the employee said he only could give me a cash refund (odd). I said okay then he counted the cash in front of me (in front of the long line in front of me 1244.83 dollars to be exact). I put the cash in my purse quickly because I am a young female and walked about. The next day (today) I realized one of the 100 dollar bills they gave me was fake. I have filed a police report and had the bill confiscated. Before the bill was confiscated I was told on the phone they would switch the bills so I could get my money back which was not the case. Usually would recommend this place but giving out counterfeit money is just a new level of wrong. I am now out 100 dollars and will no longer be shopping here.

First time with the tire center and it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. One person named Richard was super rude and had no people skills at all. No one explained what the procedure was after I filled paperwork at desk so when I accidentally walked into bays and asked how to get my sons truck to the bay Richard was a real j*** and instead of advising me not to be In the bay or asking me what I needed…he stood there with an empty look on his face and raised his voice when I asked what to do next. No people skills and no manners on how to speak to people. Definitely needs training. So sad to this from Costco. Costco Managers need to train the tire crew on people skills. I’d rather pay more elsewhere plus elsewhere they carry the higher end brands anyways.

I live with my grandparents and they LOVE going to Costco. I've been really busy with work and haven't had a chance to take them so when they wanted to go by themselves this week, I was REALLY nervous; mostly because I didn't want them to do so much by themselves. When I got home that night and asked how it went, my grandparents explained how "a wonderful young man" helped them with loading all of their items into the trunk of their car. He noticed them struggling, while he was pushing carts in the parking lot, and he began helping them. Thank you so much Milos for making the experience better and for helping my grandparents when they needed it the most.
