Costco Tire Center offers competitive prices on gasoline and various products, making it a popular choice for customers. The gas prices are particularly appealing, often lower than competitors, and the stations are clean and well-staffed, ensuring help is readily available. Customers appreciate the quality of goods, especially meats, dry goods, and popular items like the $5 roasted chicken. However, there are mixed reviews regarding produce quality, with some shoppers encountering moldy items hidden under labels. While customer service experiences vary, many praise the staff in Texas for their helpfulness. Unfortunately, some locations, like Alhambra, California, have been criticized for poor customer service, highlighting instances of rudeness and unprofessionalism. Despite these challenges, there are accounts of individual staff members going above and beyond to help customers, which stands in contrast to broader complaints. Costco is also recognized for its commitment to employee welfare, providing livable wages and benefits. However, concerns about food safety have been raised, suggesting improvements like sealing croissant boxes to prevent contamination. Overall, Costco Tire Center is valued for its prices and product quality, though customer service experiences can differ significantly by location.
They have always been helpful, great warranty and great prices. I purchased my 2 back tires years ago and now I’m going to come back to buy the front tires.

Front desk has one knowledgeable chap, but they really need two. Prices are good but service needs improvement. They need two people at the front desk at all times. Waiting times are too long
