THIS IS THE WORST GAS STATION I HAVE EVER BEEN!!! THE GAS PUMPS ALWAYS BROKEN, OR THE GAS DISPLAYS NOT FUNCTIONING!!I GO THERE EVERY DAY TO BUY GAS AND TO BUY COFFE, A LOT OF TIMESTHERE ARE NO COFFEE LIDS, LIKE TODAY 12-19-2022 NO COFFEE LIDS!!NO PECAN COFFEE (MY FAVORITE)AND THIS HAPPEN WAY TOO OFTEN!! OTHER DAYS THEY DONT HAVE NAPKINS, NO CREAM FOR COFFEE, AND THE COFFEE DISPLAY WHERE THEY HAVE THE COFFEE MACHINES,NAPKINS, CREAM DISPENSERS, ETC. MOST OF THE TIME IS VERY DIRTY!!OTHER PROBLEM IS THAT PERSONNEL QUIT WAY TOO OFTEN!! ALWAYS NEW PEOPLEI DONT KNOW WHY!!!AND THE MANAGER IS TOO RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!!!I STILL GO THERE BECAUSE AS I SAIDI WORK VERY CLOSE TO THAT PLACE!! SO I DONT HAVE A CHOICE!!ONCE AGAIN!! The Circle K location 1239 Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX, is scamming customers out of money. One of my drivers made a purchase of $1,000.00 of fuel and, the cashier run the transaction, the funds were taken from the debit card, then suddenly the "pump will not work." They refused to cancel transaction or refund the money. No funds were ever refunded on the debit card. I've contacted the store and my driver needs to go a get it in cash out of Miami, FL. I made a claim in the bank, and they have not answered them, also, don't pick up the phone when I call. I sent an email to corporate, let see if they answer. This is unacceptable, we are in US, when we can do everything on computers.
