If you’re thinking of purchasing furniture from here, INSPECT the one you looked at in the SHOWROOM IN DETAIL and take pictures from every angle.
Copenhagen staff and owners may promise top quality service and products, but our experience tells a different story.
Despite promises of furniture being newly unboxed, unpackaged, and inspected in THEIR WAREHOUSE, our entertainment stand arrived with embedded dust, scratches, and uneven drawers, indicating it was not brand new. Even the delivery guys contributed to the disappointment by making comments such as: 'the blankets we use to wrap your newly purchased furniture are very dusty and dirty.'
-If you have ever cleaned your own home, you know the comparison between dust piled on from a blanket and dust that’s been collecting over time-
Before you finalize your payment, request them to unbox and set up the furniture in YOUR HOME instead of THEIR WAREHOUSE to ensure it is brand new. You’re paying for the delivery and set up, so why not do it at your home?
-As we went to collect our refund, the furniture we chose was not in the showroom; the item was passed off as new-
Be wary of the fine print on your receipt, which states that delivery fees will NOT be refunded despite the lies and damage caused by THEIR mishandling.
This company's owners lack integrity in their business practices, and even their salesman, Keith, reflects this attitude.

Let me start of by saying this place is the best. The service me and my family received was top notch. Over the course of 4 months Cynthia helps us out pick just the right pieces for our home. She was dedicated to helping us and was very knowledgeable. Any questions she knew the answer to and if not she was diligent find it. This store was the only furniture store in El Paso that had everything we were looking for. If you are looking for a place to buy furniture make sure you take a stop at Copenhagen and ask for Cynthia.

We were in the market for a couple of leather chairs, and so we stopped by Copenhagen to "look" lol--famous last words! We we're greeted by a friendly salesman, who was not a loomer, and allowed us to roam to our heart's content. Often, the sales people follow to the point of making one feel uncomfortable. Not the case here, we found exactly what we were looking for, almost immediately! The store has modern, sleek, and beautiful designs in furniture and artwork. They offer free shipping and delivery. Recommended!
