I planned to place an order online when it got closer to our move-in day. But a customer service agent promised me delivery could be held off, we were 30 days out. Someone ignored her notes, placed the order anyway, and set up delivery for 3 days later without any approval. All I got were excuses. Canceling the whole thing.

My husband and I went a month ago to purchased a dinning set, everything went great until we received the statement in the mail, and noticed the amounts were a lot different than what our sales person (MIKE) told us, MIKE got us with all warranties and insurance he could, even when we told him we DID NOT want any type of WARRANTIES, this guy is a total SCAM, be careful with him because he will make it seem perfect but once you get your statement you will see all the warranties he could possible can(MIKE THE SCAMMER). We have tried to cancel the warranties and they are giving us a hard time.
We are never going back to this place, they let their employees do all this unprofessional stuff.
Watch out for the SCAMMER MIKE!!

Very bad customer service, the "manager" Omar is a liar, made me waste time by driving to the store when he could've said it over the phone. Very rude, even his other friend who pretended to be the managers. That's how they get you, they pretend to be "managers| and "help" you out, when they just want to do their sales. They are NOT managers, Omar is full of lies, and to top it off he sent inappropiate pictures to my phone then he deleted the message. Don't waste your time here with these people when they lie about their title, and make you drive to the store to make a sale, because they are desperate. I complained to the other so called "manager" and Omar's friend wanted to kick me out of the store for calling him out that he's not a manager, and he's full of lies, then another "store manager" came and listened to my version and apologized, but of course they didn't do nothing! These people are hungry to make a sale, and will lie to you, don't fall for their scams, they'll charge double or triple the price, and it's not what they tell you, instead of explaining over the phone. Then they made fun of me because I am disabled, totally unprofessional, very poor customer service, and they call themselves managers when they are not, just to make a sale. They'll say I'm a manager let's make a deal and screw you over by triple the price, but I'm a manager and I'll make you a discount, when in reality you're paying double, or triple the price!!! Stay away from this store!!!

I have been doing business with conns for years and I've always gone with Omar Escalona. Let me tell you every single experience with him has been top notch straight forward and no gimmicks. Very knowledgeable on all products. 100% Recommend Omar!
