Eric Sanchez was our associate at Conn's. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. We spent a very pleasant afternoon doing business with him. Unfortunately, our TV won't be delivered on the expected date that we were given when we bought the set, May 11. Apparently, Conn's has a third party who delivers their products and they changed the date of delivery to May 12, Mother's Day. I called Conn's but all they could do was to change the date to yet another day. My husband and I are disappointed at how this turned out.

Need couches, went into this location, walked around for 10 minutes. No one came to assist me. I saw 3 individuals just sitting down. Not helpful at all. Had to literally flag someone down.

Eric Sanchez was beyond helpful to my husband and I finding a family couch. He was friendly, kind, informative. He definitely knows how to talk to people. Best customer service we have had in a while. I will be back with more purchases if Eric is our sales rep. I LOVED he wasn't pushy, and let us look. Was very comfortable.
