Patriot Fwy. Self Storage is excellent! I store my RV in their facility, the facility is clean, secure and the staff is excellent. I would like to personally thank Linda for her great customer service and attention to detail. When I first rented my space there was no covered RV parking available; Linda assured me that she would call when a covered parking space became available, I have to admit I was skeptical. A few weeks later Linda called me as promised and asked if I wanted to move to a covered space. Thank you Linda for your great customer service, it is greatly appreciated.

Excellent customer service. Very clean and secure facility. The website said military and veterans discount. When I rented, I was told only active duty was getting the discount.

Ridiculous. We’ve used them for years and started off paying $80. Now it’s up to $160 a month! And it will keep increasing.

We rented a climet controled unit as we were worried about our furniture and belongings over time with the heat in Texas. We called multiple times only to be tould the parts are on back order. After the 3ed call and same story we moved to a different facility. Good luck if you stay.
