Scam alert!! Just 5 minutes ago they advertised 2.69 gas price but they were actually charging 3.07. I'm pretty sure that's not legal but what do I know?

The old lady that works here is very rude , every time I come in to the store , she is either yelling at customers, complaining about customers using the restroom that she finished cleaning, and uses vulgar language to express herself. She is nasty and has no place in a work environment such as a connivence store.My husband goes in everyday after work to get himself a fountain drink and a snack and she has the audacity to say that the condiments are too many that he has on his hot dog and that she will charge him for each one accordingly!There’s no sign stating that there is a limit to how many ketchups or mustard packets we can use , or how many Jalapeños can be added to the food he is buying.She is rude and does not have no customer service skills to treat customers.I’m not sure if she’s a manager or assistant manager, or she’s a regular employee , but someone that is above her should speak to her about her wild behavior.I wish there was another circle k closer on our route so we wouldn’t have to deal with her. Unfortunately this is the closest store to us and it’s unbearable to have to deal with this type of person after a hard day at work. No customer deserves this treatment.

The Sasquatch looking man they have in the front with the female bob hair cut is rude as hell! He always makes the front smell like fish too. Crazy how they hire the rudest people for a job in customer service!

They are not Honoring the prices from get up price app and when I asked the manger she didn’t care and was rude about it no customer service what’s so ever. Ironically I only came here dude to the app cause down the street from them the price was 50 cents cheaper

i bought a gift card from this store a week ago and they didnt load the money on the gift card i called the manager said they couldnt do nothing this is how they treat there customers i will be talking with my lawyer

My roommate bought a gift card from this store and they did not activate the card with the money he paid on it. Went back and talk with the store manger that told him thats not the store problem and he would have to call the gift card company to fix the problem and they told him the same thing that the store never put the money on the card. Been trying to find out where the money went and how to get it back had the receipt that showed the amount he paid. This is frustrating he paid 200 for this giftcard and nobody's trying to making this right. We will never again use this store just like the other store on North loop.

Showed up to 3 people already waiting at the door, looking extremely annoyed. This has happened before so I'm like no problem I'll just wait. The sign said "back in 10 minutes." No big deal, I'm not busy, people gotta handle things, I understand so I can wait. 30 more unsatisfied customers and 20 minutes later I decided to knock. Obviously, since the employee wasn't anywhere to be seen I wasn't going to knock quietly so I knocked loud enough to be heard. Finally, the employee emerges from the back and proceeds to inform me that she will not let me in because apparently knocking loud enough to be heard is an offensive action. She then tells me she was in the back doing backroom duties and that I should call 911 to make her open the door. I'm not going to waste their time, it's not an emergency. So I tell her she's horrible at her job and I'll be contacting her manager first thing in the morning. I call and leave a voice mail explaining what just happened and giving a description of the employee so hopefully management will take the proper actions, in my opinion this would be termination but I'll respect management's decision. Then I proceed to follow her directions and leave and go shop somewhere else. I get into my vehicle and drive away as instructed. As I'm driving away she unlocks the door, exits the building and faces the camera side of her phone towards my vehicle. I assume she either took a picture or video but I cannot confirm this. Tbh I don't know why she even did this considering I wasn't breaking any laws or acting in a threatening manner, maybe she wanted to try to get me banned from shopping there. Her actions were a little confusing to say the least. I felt disrespected and mistreated. It amazes me that someone would rather risk their job than just simply do it. I strongly urge management to look into this and address this situation immediately. Customers shouldn't stop shopping here, they have great deals but we should also be treated fairly. This Circle k would be better off without employees who exhibit this kind of behavior. Management should feel free to contact me about this anytime. I hope future customers don't have to deal with this. Thank you for reading and I hope you have a far more pleasant experience.

Wish I could give the 0 stars it so deserves. Went to this store during graveyard shift around 1:50 in the morning on 1/28/18, knowing the store was open because a customer was walking out as I was driving in, from the time it took me to park at the gas pump whoever was clocked in put up a sign saying they'd be back in 25 min. So I decided to stay and wait because I had no gas to go to another gas station. I ended up waiting till 2:44 which is way past 25 min that they claimed to take. I decided to drive to another gas station after and on my way to my exit I past the store and saw the employee staring at the beverages with no hurry at all so in anger I honked my horn and drove off. As soon as I drove off she opened the door letting in the customer that had just arrived as I was leaving. I truly hope something is done about this, I talked to an employee about it yesterday but I would still like to see or hear from a manager. Very unpleasant experience, whoever was there needs to be given a warning or fired.
