Today I went from a DK to a CIRCLE K and was humiliated and mistreated. What the employee did was unacceptable. When I sent my friend in to get his name. He covered his name tag.This employee caused emotional distress.And doesn't have any costume service skills. Got very tough with me being a woman without men. I see this individual causing serious trouble in the future. One of theses days he's gonna catch him self with someone who will defend themselves. Against this prick.I would like to speak to the manager in charge of this store.I also would recommend serious employee training because what he did to me was very inappropriate and unacceptable.

The Lil guy that is manager is sooo unhappy with himself and life. The guy is rude to kids, has a power trip standing at 4'9, stole my ID and refused to ring me up. Dude needs to be fired before a lawsuit hits!

Love coming here but I have had multiple interactions with an employee who is possibly a manager and she is very rude condescending and I think that she simply doesn’t care she has red hair and I can name 2 instances where she has been especially rude to children from the local middle schoolAbsolutely horrible not eligible for the job she needs to be fired

The food is good as well as the drinks but the cashier was mad cuz my friend dropped a drink on accident and she even almost kicked us out

I wish this had an option for 0. I'm sorry but something has to be done this has gone far too long.Sandra a cashier very rude we walked in and an old man walking with his product didn't understand her she was having a conversation on her ear piece then directed words to him and rudely raised her voice at him. We know self pay does not accept foodstamps she directed us to other register. Again very rude. Still continuing her conversation on earpiece she scanned our items we asked if she can separate some itemsfor a homeless man she didn't listen because she was still having a conversation and rudely just put a bag on the counter not even placing other items closer to our side. She walked away and we had to reach over everything on counter. I asked her for her name and ignored me at first I asked again she said I didn't need it but it was on reciept. While grabbing our items she then yelled at a customer to hurry up to move forward. A friend of hers walked in and directed to her a derogatory name. In front of a full store. It is not the first time we have encountered very rude customer service and she is not at all an example of good customer service.

The Coke machine dispensed a disgusting-tasting liquid. I couldnt drink it after I got home. I returned the next day with my receipt (had also bought $8 of other items) and the manager said all he could do is offer a replacement. Mind you, they had now placed a note on it. I said I didnt want a replacement since the fountain drink had been awful.So pls know that this Circle K does not stand by their products and will not refund your money. I will take my business elsewhere. The manager is not good at customer service and did not appear to care. No apology was given.

Aaliyah puts a bad name to circle k. Seems she isn’t ready to be a circle k employee! Lacks motivation and priorities. As simple as putting Hazelnut creamer (2mins) like other employees it took her 5 minutes or long. I left without my coffee!I would love to thank Chris for his hard work and dedication, i love this hard world we go way back. When he was at the Montaña location. This guy is the definition of circle k employee! He is a satisfaction employee! He kept looking over at the station like he wanted to help get the job done faster but couldn’t because he was taking care of a long line. While still being about to multitasking and she a customer was waiting or need something. He body language told me he was try to help!
