Today I watched a young couple ask the cashier about a combo deal. They weren't rude, even with this heat. The cashier was very unprofessional, his attitude and manners were far from necessary. A simple question about the combo deals and whether they were valid. They paid and left, but the cashier chose to try and intimidate them with filming them and taking pictures of their vehicle. This is childish, and unprofessional. I believe something needs to be done. As a customer, I've seen some childish things happen, but that really takes the cake.

Today, June 25th at 10:39am an employee named Gaiel is very unprofessional and unsatisfactory customer service at its best. When asking him about the hot dog combo deal and fountain drink deals Gaiel rolled his eyes while having a Bluetooth earpod and replied," I don't know." Worst experience in a store that I ever had before.

if i could give 0 stars, i most definitely would. i was racially profiled by the lady that works there, wouldn’t sell me cigarettes even after i showed her my ID, not mention it is a CDL & I am 25. she told me it was a fake ID and began to yell at me and told me to go back to my country. I will be contacting corporate.

I was very pleased with this place for the past three weeks. That is until tonight. They are not pet friendly. I was told that my dog was not allowed. She is 84(13dog years)and very well behaved. I have been bringing her I. With me, but no longer. I will not be patronizing this Circle KAny longer. Not pet friendly.

This is the worst circle k I have ever been at I was forced to buy the fountain drinks and threaten by the “million spots on his face ” guy even after I expressed my issues and all I wanted was a ice cold drink for me and my daughter I just picked up from school ,The store is very small there is no room for social distancing , what’s worse the store is dirty , flies everywhere, and has a foul smell.The person at the counter was very rude he’s the one with the million spots on his face. I didn’t get a name his name tag said CSR on it.I went in after a long day at work , to get a fountain drink for me and my child but the sodas were all flat , the ice machine was not working properly ,the floor was sticky , the counters were dirty used napkins everywhere and what struck me odd there was another person there a dark male with a big tattoo on his neck and when I asked the man with the million spots on his face for assistance he refused. Said he “couldn’t leave the counter “I don’t know why he was so rude to me but I left feeling horrible from a neighborhood circle k where I usually have a great experience at ,(not this particular location ) but it’s been my first and last time at this store for sure ,One of them could of put the syrup bag in the machine , one of them could of helped with the ice issues , one of them could be cleaning the very small store. “The guy/girl ,they ,them “( respectfully ) should not be in customer service. He was being condescending when he already knew I was upset because he was treating me poorly.The outside was the same full of trash , dirty pumps , there was about 3 men and a woman hanging around the building behind the tiny store , the presence of these people with their appearance of alcohol and drug use , made me feel very uncomfortable this place all dirty gave this store a horrible setting. I hope Managemant sees my review and give this guy better training, the customer should always go in to a clean store with working properly machines and if there are policy’s they have to abide by , they should not lack great customer service that’s my review.

Disposable gloves and hand sanitizer at each pump! Windshield cleaners in great condition and paper towels in stock. I only paid at the pump; I didn't go into the store.

I love this store but the car wash is the one I use the most, it is good to have this kind of car- washes because we can come at any time and wash our vehicles.

Worst customer service ever!!! The employee was yelling a lady just because she wants a refund because the car wash is out of service and it doesn't have a sign. He yelling her in front of all the customers and the manager was in the phone with him and she reject to talk to her. The old lady just want a refund or a code to come back later. It's not posible that service even if we have trouble everywhere with no employees.
