Horiable customer service cashier's are rude the manager is the worse one of all when I complained to him he made excuses about how he doesnt have time to do anything and couldn't do anything about the rude customer service . I asked for his name so I can call someone who could and he said Victor Garcia and to go ahead and call..horiable example of a manager no wonder the employees act like that. I'd avoid this store, I would rather drive further up to speedway than to be treated like that.Don't like your job find another I guess good customer service wasn't in the employee hand book smh ?

The male manager with peppered hair is not a friendly person. He always looks angry. I was buying some of the iced coffee using the styrofoam cups and he told his employees to charge me extra. I was charged anywhere from $2.27 to $2.47. Then one day when he was at the register he charged me $2.90. When I asked him why he said the price had gone up. I only had $2.56 and figured he wouldnt let me have it. He gave me the 6 cents back and told me to give him the 40 cents next time I went in. Now I'm told I'm paying extra for the styrofoam cup.i just wish they were consistent in what they charge. The female assistant manager isn't friendly either. Only the younger clerks are friendly.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! Person with stringy white and black hair is horribly rude. Yelling at new employee. Ridiculous. Kid has a choice, he should work where he is appreciated. I took 2 coffees for my elderly parents, they didn't have to go creamers so i put some in a small cup as directed by another employee. That lady told me she was going to charge me 3 coffees. A week earlier the same person gave me a frozen bun for my hot dog. Horrible person.

One of the managers followed us around the entire store. She continued to watch us and just stand either to the side of us or behind us as we picked out our food and drinks. She did the same thing to two other guys as well who were buying drinks. After I paid, while waiting for my friend, she asked another co worker out loud if i had paid for my items, and continued to follow the other guys. It was such a crazy experience. no one did anything that would warrant this outcome or to be followed. We all paid for our items. She made comments that the guys were trying the drinks before fully filling their cups. She 100% profiled us and acted very unprofessionally during this entire time!

The Circle K gas station is fine, although their air pumps never work properly. Stay away from the car wash, though! I used the “Safe Touch” option, and It left black greasy marks all over my new car. I was so freaked out I forgot to take a photo because I was trying to get the marks off. Most came off, and attached is a photo of what my towel looked like after drying my car off! I will not use this car wash again.

Had to re write this review. October 18th. Who was working the morning shift here!!!!!!!! Nicest employee in the world!! So nice to customers as I walked in it made me take note. Then as I struggled with the coffee of the month club he remembered me and told me he would take care of the issue. Nice when an employee knows your honest. He truly made my day. Glad they got rid of that other morning crew.
