A few days ago we went to the store and there was a very kind lady, we bought a backpack and a Goku ticket which are marked at 6.99... today we returned for some more tickets and there was a young man! He charged us 9.75 dollars for the same ticket, I told him that they were marked at 6.99 to which he replied no, they are more expensive. I told him that we went days ago and that was the price and he insisted No! It wasn't even to give us a bag to protect the ticket. I had to tell him.
I think they should agree with the pressures!

My preteen is anime obsessed. She was excited to come into the store for Christmas and Birthday ideas. We were followed the entire time. Like inches from us by a heavy set older women. Made me extremely uncomfortable since I had my children with me. None of the employees said a word to us.

They are usually ignoring their customers by being on their phone(even watching videos loudly) and one asked a rather rude questionI really want to appreciate this store but every time I walk in I just don't want to buy anything due to the bad quality of products and bad employees.

Great place for shirts, pillows, wallets etc, however it's soo expensive and that's why it's four stars.

Loved the variety of exclusive Funko pops. Some of which are hard to come by since you have to go online for them. I picked up the glow in the dark Tanjiro, one of which I never thought I'd see in actual stores due to how amazing it is.Price wise was a little high, however for exclusive pops like this, you'd almost be paying double anywhere else, so it was worth it.

Workers are very kind and help me waste my money by helping me decide on figures, I love everything there and I wish I could buy it all<3 the only problem is everything is so expensive. I got an aot cloak for 40 dollars and the quality is really bad

Anime figures are replicas and everything is very expensive. Customer service was terrible and hardly anything has a price on it. You will have to ask for the price and the cashier will just think of a price on the spot. A customer ahead of me was asked to show her ID after paying with her card and the cashier took a picture of her ID because she said that they needed proof for any charges over $50.
