Due to this particular location and consistent issues with changing my pin,, I’m switching. This place makes all Chase banks look bad. There was a security breach from the inside and ever since, my card pin can’t get right which restricts me from certain stores that require a pin. Employees are unhelpful switching to a Bank of America…. I remember an employee being very helpful about starting my business and I only left cause I was a broke student and moved. When I traveled to the East US, no chase banks, but B of A was there, turns out they’re all over and it’s an international bank.The Bankers here are not helpful, possibly even hurtful. What’s wrong with the NE location?

i have 2 accounts my personal and business.i take a payment for one of my clients, on the tool for business (wepay by J.P. morgan) they cancel the service i send and email to ask what i do wrong the said they can't tell me details... goin with bank of america now... LIVING THIS BANK SOON.

I tried applying for a new credit card here. I gave the banker the information of my annual earnings and my cr3dit score. He still allowed me to apply for a Chase Freedom card. After over 11 days of waiting, despite being told it would take 3-5 days to review my application, I decided to look on the internet about minimum credit score to apply for said card, and it is about 200 points above what my credit score is. Why would this banker make me waste so much of my time like this if I wasn't gonna actually qualify for this card? I feel extremely frustrated and lead on in vain. Please hire bankers that are actually aware of the job they are doing and pay attention to details instead of making potential new customers waste their time. I've had a debit card with Chase for over 6 years and I figured this would be a smoother transition but now I'd rather try a new banking option altogether because several phone calls and incompetent employees have made me not trust Chase anymore.

Worst service, worst follow up. They don’t follow through with anything. They don’t answer the phone 99 percent of the time. HORRIBLE SERVICE

The service is slow and the staff don't go by first come first serve. They kept us waiting for over 30 minutes. And them helped some who just walked in

Chase's policies are stuck in the past. I tried setting an account up online and it when the process encountered an error it seriously took 4 representatives to tell me they were useless and Chase policy said i had to go to a store to clear up the issue. They did not tell me that chase only sets up accounts by appointment only. This is the closest store to me, over 70 miles away. The staff did nothing for me and turned me away because i didn't set up an appoint that I wasn't warned about by their fellow Chase employees. Why have a brick and mortar if you are only going to use it by appointment only and and strictly do that during the hours that everyone else works? Its not 1799 anymore.

This bank is a joke. Lol. I called to open a business bank account and they said I had to wait a week for an appointment. What is this the 1950s? Called the west side location and they took me same day.

It doesn't matter what time you call, they never pick up the phone calls. I recently made an appointment via phone and they never called me. I guess I'll take my business somewhere else. I will be contacting corporate.

My family and I have always had this bank and never have we had any problems till now. Some employees are not helpful at all and it takes a long time to be helped even when there's barely any customers. Rude manners as well. I recommend that if you have service with Chase bank,you need to drop them!

Tried to deposit cash in my Dads account and they let me know I couldnt do that in a very rude way. When I went to Wells Fargo (my bank) to do the wire transfer for $30 and my banker told me I could have deposited a check. They could have just been nice about it and helped me out but they didnt. Dont recommend.

Why is it that the ATM's always broken!? The only place to deposit or get money and the nearest one is 20 minutes away. Need to get better ATM's out here!
