This is my go to bank on the Westside. They have been renovated the local bank with an updated modern look. Jaime Diamond has a great read on the market pulse with a data oriented approach. Look at at their CD deposit at 5 percent. Don't over stretch your credit cards and look at other asset classes for investments.

According to them, you cannot deposit into a business account in the drive-thru business lane. It's ridiculous. Don't ever stop in this bank. It sucks!

Can’t get an answer on whether or not I can get checks for my checking account. If I could give you a minus 10 stars I would!!!!!

Horrible service, opened a business account and quickly regret it. Save your time and effort open elsewhere.

I have an issue and have tried to call local branch in El Paso for three days now only to get a message telling me to call later or call an 800 number. The 800 number runs me around with no result. I will be closing my accounts as soon as I am mobile enough to get to the bank…assuming someone will wait on me when I get there.

worse service ever, super slow, they asked for items to make the transaction in segments instead of all at once, slowing down the transaction even more. Teller kept my ID, probably on purpose to make me take another trip. Lousy service. I called the local branch and after almost 40 minutes I still wasn't able to get through

I've had chase for about a year or so now, I have my personal account and business accounts, and I have grown to love the company! However, today when I was closing only 1 business account , Brenda and this other associate couldn't have the courtesy of removing a $10 fee on my account due to my business going under. I know it's none of their concern but I figured they'd be more compassionate instead of just money hungry. Again, it's only $10... which is fine but it's the overall picture of it. I've put a lot of money into my accounts and they can't simply put a courtesy credit. Maybe another branch would be more accommodating.

They have no respect for people's time. And rarely acknowledge you when entering the branch. If you need customer service outside a teller the overall experience is lousy. Some real retraining needs done and the sooner the better!!!

After a bad experience at GECU, I next tried the new bank in town PNC Bank. My advice stay away from them unless you like to be treated horribly plus long lines. I came here instead and it was refreshing. I haven't opened my account yet because I need to go back with the promo I didn't have with me. They were really nice and friendly though and they have lots of locations and ATM's. If you're unsure, I would suggest this bank.

Suprised by some of the reviews of this Chase Bank. I’ve never had any issues here besides some long waits “at times.”But compared to other Chase Banks, I enjoy coming here. They always have a greeter on there floor and there customer service is always spot on. Continue the success!

Might be time for new management. This Chase Bank location is a disgrace. More than half the time I visit, at least one of the ATM machines outside is down. Today, as usual, they were TOO LAZY to flip the switch to turn off the green light (which indicates the machine is working) but somehow had enough energy to stick a note on the machine to let the unwitting customer know that it was down as they pulled up to it. Some kind of a joke I suppose. This Chase Bank located on the corner of Mesa and Bartlett is pathetic, and reflects directly on its "Manager".

Not perfect, have some issues, but if you compare Chase branch with the other banks it is much better. I prefer to go there than somewhere else.

Angry workers! Branch manager Raymond R Lopez very unprofessional. If a bank has a 2 star rating that should make you think. They lost a major account today. 1 teller working. They either don't answer or just hang up. Chase should disown them. Always mad at their j o b s. The worst bank ever.Any reply is sheer panic that they are getting closed after so many complaints..weighing Chase down.Go elsewhere than these angry lovers that don't even say thank you! You'll be happier at a different bank than one run by Raymond R Lopez who lives for hisworkers and not clients for sure! Chase..not happy with this branch. Have received 1000s of complaints saying same thing!Beware..go elsewhere or report to Chase directly!
