My review is in regards to customer care . I went to see prices and vehicles at this location and the Joe Battle location and I was surprised with the treatment we received . The whole staff had a professional and friendly demeanor and we never felt like other local businesses have made us feel . We left with a really nice suv and a broad smile . Thank you Charlie Clark

I went to this lot to purchase my first new model vehicle. I started off being helped by a nice young gentlemen and ended with Fernando being EXTREMELY rude to me and I walked out feeling bad for even trying to buy a car at this location. This being my first experience trying to spend over $13,000 on a vehicle I expected to have better service especially from a manager. I was also being quoted $12,000 more than the price of the vehicle which doesn't seem right. I was hoping to drive off in a new car.

Went In and walked out with a car the same day! Karla was super helpful, they helped sooo much and went above and beyond to help me get a vehicle. Luis is great and has awesome customer service. 10/10 recommend !!

At first everyone was very friendly. When it comes to getting something fixed, the seller doesn't want to answer you, the "dial" handlers even hide it from you. Because you ask to speak to a handler and everyone agrees to go through one! believing that one even hangs... like them... telling you pure lies and making the settlement longer for you! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! ??
