If there was on option for no stars, that's what I would give. My father took in his 2016 car to sell to them. He had no lien, or loan on it, car was completely paid off. Had the
title and have now been waiting for 2 weeks for them to call us to pick up check. No communication, unless I called. Have been getting he run around. Also want to note they changed my one star to a 2 star, just fyi my first sentence still stands

Mr. Vargas was my service advisor. He did a great job at answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable and at ease. Thats is definitely something I look for so I will be returning.

0 stars. I went in ready to purchase a vehicle with my mother. We were a little indecisive, and the sales person brought in a manager to try and do a “hard sales” tactic on my elderly mother. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. He didn’t greet me at all and ignored me when I tried to speak, he was trying to pressure my mother to close the sale. This manager should be fired if this is how me treats his clients.

I am done with Charlie Clark Nissan. The lady that works in the service department is incredibly rude and unprofessional, every single time I have dealt with her. It should not be this difficult to get an appointment. I shouldn't have to check with the parts department to see if they have what I need in stock. I would think since I am scheduling the service with you, it is your job to see if you can provide that service, not mine. Also, what is the point if your going to schedule me so far out. I don't believe there were no appointments earlier. I've never had an issue getting an appointment before. It's for a new tire, which I've gotten before, the same day. Since I was told I had to Chek if they had it, I know it was in stock. Ridiculous.

I travel a lot for work and good customer service and speed are of the essence to me. My advisor was Mr. Missael. Great customer service smart attentive and respectful. Kept me up to date on what had to be done on the car and got it done ASAP! Definitely coming back just for the great attention he provided. Good job ?
