Went to corporate hoping a situation would be handled. Replying to my concern was good but not good enough. When you have an employee who is very disrespectful to her (Alexis) managers is concerning as a business especially in front of customers. Been doing business here for over 10 years. Now thinking of cutting ties completely.

Literally got ignored by management and staff. No acknowledgement or hello. Was it because it was 40 minutes before closing? I don't know, your loss in sales, we were looking to purchase! Go down the street to Benny's, they treat you like family!
