Tried to tell me that my graded 1oz golden buffalo wasn't real, but then wanted to give me $100 for it; a pawn shop will NOT give you $100 for a fake. Only reason i sent my son in with it, was to check who would try and swindle him. I've been collecting buffalos from the same source for over a decade, i know what i have. Another local pawn shop did give me a fair loan almost worth it's $2000 value. DO NOT BRING YOUR GOLD HERE.

Unprofessional and don't wanna help people out Instead wanna offer me 20$ for a 190$ tool I bought a week ago with proof of receipt and tools they sell are way over priced and bad conditions other locations are better than this one facts!!!!!

15 min wait.. there was no line. Yet two employees sitting in the office gossiping.. the employee who finally attended me was in a rush, didn't want or even try to help me out. In fact even low balled me knowing I would decline her offer.I saw why she rushed me.. clearly walking to the circle k next door with her coworker was far more important then gaining a new customer.. WILL NOT RETURN.
