I dont want to bad mputh the store but i bought 2 cameras from them and both have been broken, and they were saying it works and they are good cameras, i am mow being told that my cameras are not repairable and i am over the 15 day return policy on both, i feel like it isnt worth it trying to get anything electronic from this store, the employee's 10/10 great and very helpful, but the products are 2/5

Just referring to my experience.... I needed $ to get me by until next my next payday. And Benny'spawn shops and other pawn shops offer me less for my pawn. Since I needed it for food and gas I was hurt. Thank God for this place that gave me much more for a loan. Benny's only offer me $30. This place loaned me 70$. And I so greatful. I was able to get enough food and gas for the next 4 days. Long enough to get me through my next pay day. Thank you so much to the manager/supervisor.. I really don't know his position but I know it is one or the other one.

I had an Xbox Series X pawned here. I just picked it up today, and it had scratches all over it, and surprisingly the disc drive no longer works. I have no idea what they did with it, but it was a brand new console when I pawned it. Don't trust this place with your belongings, they'll just destroy it and charge you to get it back. Wish I could rate 0 stars. Just go to Benny's.

This place is great! The cashiers are friendly and efficient and helpful. You can even get 30 day warranty on some appliances. And the warranty is very inexpensive. I like the fact that, even though it gets busy, there is always someone there who will help you. And they also have a huge selection of stuff! I got a robot vacuum for $76!

Walked in with $1800 of professional camera equipment and they offered me $160 after 2 seconds of looking at what I had. Insulting and embarrassing.

It is what it is there at Cash America. I understand fully. Yes.. maybe some of the crew can be a little grumpy, at times... But just imagine the jerks they have to deal with from open to close (I can even be one of them jerks sometimes). And still try to keep a smile?! Hell... I'd be a little grumpy myself after a whole day of that nonsense. >>And why gripe about pawn store prices?? Were you expecting some sort of TV camera crew to be there?! It's a pawn store... you knew it before you went and you still went!!! They'll manage just fine without you should you decide not to return. Stick around long enough... you'll realize Lori isn't actually all that bad. She gives back to you what you dish out. Reminds me of my Aunty Jecenia. I'll keep going.. cuz I happen to like those guys down there. Sure... Trust reviews on certain places before visiting them, I agree... But maybe.. sometimes.. go anyway?? Cuz the person writing said review may or may not have included how much of a Dïçk they were being, as well.
