Brought in a thousand dollar 1911 and expensive mags for it…. “The best I can do is $300” straight robbery I walked out so fast I didn’t look back. I repeat do not sell your fire arms there. A cheap a$$ hi point was selling for $150 and I get offered $300 for my 1911 commander series ?

The staff at the Lee Trevino store are always helpful & friendly, very knowledgeable of all the store has to offer. Very fair with pawns or purchased items. Lorena & staff are always ready.. , never have to wait long to help the next person in line. Very professional and always greeting people with a big Hello or Welcome !! I’ve come to this location a couple times and every time there is only one person in the front. All I’m doing is extending but I’m the only one in line waiting 10+ minutes. I went yesterday in a rush (bad on my part) to visit my grandma in the hospital. I was the only person in line & when I finally got help I didn’t even get my change back from the manager! I didn’t realize until it was too late (also bad on my part) but she should have given me my change. I worked with the company for 4 years (2411, Boots) and that’s really upsetting, as I never complain like this.

Saw this shotgun online and went to check it out. Nora helped me out with my layaway. She explained everything very well to me. This pawn shop has the best customer service.

Briana was GREAT and offered amazing customer service!! She was able to keep up a conversation and even excused the rude behavior her male coworker inhibited. If it werent for him i would have gave a higher star review. Make sure to keep Briana on the team!!!

This used to be my go to shop, but they have seriously gone down in quality. I brought in two instruments and the wanted to give me $20 for an entire bell kit. The offered $30 for my flute. They also give $30 for Nintendo switches. Please go anywhere else. I recommend EZ Pawn where they offered $125. This store is so old and dirty and it won’t be worth your trip.
