Victor was a great person to work with however the manager Adrian was not fun, didn’t seem like he even wanted to be there or work. He didn’t want to even work with us seeming to give us less hope on taking a car home. We asked to take off accessories which Casa usually has done with us many times in the past but adrian just wanted to run our pockets dry. Good job with victor, but better luck with adrian.

Never again!! These are not nice guys. I went in on 8/19 to purchase a used Chevy sonic I saw on the internet. I noted the check engine light was on during the test drive but Jorge , the sales guy, took it to the mechanic and came back with a big smile. He said “you’re not going to believe me. The light turned off but I had it checked anyway and there were no codes”. I blindly trusted him because it’s a reputable car dealer and not Alameda. I purchased the vehicle because the check engine light was off. After talking to a few people my trust turned to doubt and my son purchased a scanner and got a code P0299 which is engine underboost and O’reilys scanner read the same. So we made an appointment with Chevy service and they received the same code as well as noting oil in the spark plug holds. Repairs so far adding up to $2400 for turbo boost replacement and other parts and does not include oil leak. We returned to Casa Nissan to see if they can repair this and were simply told by Robert, the used car sales manager, that the car was purchased as is. The issue I have with this is that no one, not even me , in their right mind would purchase a vehicle with a check engine light. I strongly believe that Jorge and whoever was the mechanic cleared the scanner codes just to sell the vehicle. They totally misrepresented this vehicle and they do not care. Stay away from these guys!! They only want your money and do not care about your safety.

Tyler Y. from Casa did a really good job he definitely knew his stuff about Nissan. Very energetic and straight forward. Picked up my new altima 2 days ago and I noticed that the weather strip on the hood was torn. Tyler went and got with services to get me back in as soon as possible to get it replaced.

I was selling my car to Casa Nissan and I had the best customer service experienced with Troy Cullberson. He was very helpful through out the process. If you are looking to buy or sell a car in El Paso, look for Troy in Casa Nissan.

Had a great experience. From the moment we walked on to the lot Cesar provided great customer service. He gave my mom multiple options to help her stay within her budget and took the time to show her all the features the car had to offer. Manny was super accommodating and took us around the lot until we found the perfect style and color. Buying a car can be super intimidating and overwhelming and I am grateful to Cesar for helping ease all my mom’s concerns.
