My son, who lives in Austin, Tx, ordered flowers for me for Mother’s Day 2024. Mother’s Day came and went, and I finally received the flowers on Friday, 4/17. Two days later on Sunday, 4/19, I threw the flowers away as they had all died and petals were all over the table. I couldn’t be more disappointed in this flower shop. Needless to say, we will never purchase anything from them again. ??

Horrible service.
My husband and daughter ordered a thelux flower arrangement for my birthday. It was very sad to see my daughter sad face when she resibe the flowers. They brought a flower arrangement that she didn't order it. Was the Horrible looking flower arrangement made it with 6 mini ship roses over powering with ded greenery and a flat happy birthday ballon. Definitely, this bouque is not what my daughter and my husband paid for it.
We are very unhappy customers we will not
Recommend this place
And we will never order flowers from Carter's flowers shop.
Definitely, they ruin my birthday ???

Extremely satisfied with the customer service and flower arrangement. I called Carter flowers from New Mexico to deliver flowers to a friend in El Paso and Jeanie was very friendly and fantastic over the phone. Once the arrangement was finished, I was sent a picture of the bouquet and of my receipt. I Will definitely be placing future orders and recommending to family.

I’ve know this flower shop since I was in grade school and father use to buy flowers here for my mom. I’m now in my 40’s and have relied on Carter’s flowers to make special deliveries for my mother. Living out of state, it’s important that my orders are handled with care and are accurate. The people at Carter’s have always been so thoughtful and professional. They will go the extra step to ensure satisfaction. I will always use them for any flower needs!!

Amazing customer service! This is definitely favorite spot! I recommend for any occasion! We got a fruit boquete and everything was fresh and juicy! They manage to help us out with any order even if they are so busy! They are so kind!:) thankyou so much for the service we appreciate it so much
