“RSJ did a great job on my car. I had just moved to El Paso and it had been a while since I had washed and waxed my car, so I was looking for somewhere to go to get my car some protection from the sun and heat. It only took RSJ about an hour, and they added a quick interior cleaning for free without me even asking, which I really appreciated. They vacuumed out the whole thing and cleaned all the windows. They even drove me over to a nearby restaurant where I could wait in the meantime. It was great service added on to a great cleaning.”

“Car wash was good, but the only Lady of color there stole my phone that was in my friends car, I had to go later after my friend had dropped me off at my house and had to ride back to get my phone on my bicycle. Do not leave anything valuable while she's on your car.”
“The location on Joe Battle smells horrible. I don't know what's wrong with the water but it smells like a sewer. We love Mister Car Wash and have a monthly membership and will continue to use the other locations. We will not return to this one on Joe Battle.”

“A million thanks to Greg and Luis who helped me out pretty much on the spot! Needed a seat cover put back on after replacing the cushion and I just couldn't do it on my own. Called them up, took the seat the next day. Less than 12 hrs later, they had it ready. Looks perfect. Friendly service. Reasonable price. I highly recommend them! Thank you!”

“Edit: Thank you very much for the response to my review. On your advice, I went back to the carwash, and sure as sun, the spotless did the trick. There is still some slight spotting, though it was drastically reduced. I was able to quickly wipe what spots existed and was pleasantly surprised with the result. I'm changing my review to 4 stars. #customerwonThis water is not filtered, not at all. If you want your car to look like someone took a spray bottle filled with milk and sprayed your car, then go here. The water in EP is terrible, and like so many other car washes, there is minimal, if any filtering of the water. If you own a dark colored car, avoid this carwash, you will be racing to collect the all the mineral deposits before the water dries. If I could zero stars, I would.”

“Pros:
Good for when weather is cold/bad and can't bathe dogs at home outside or for people who can't bathe dogs inside their home.
No delay when change from shampoo to rinse etc.
Water and blower air warm. Space is clean.
Owner was nice.
You can also wash your vehicle there in the open bays.
Cons:
The debit/credit card machine sucks, wasn't working.
I put 2 $10 cash bills and only got 13 minutes to start. No change given, but $20 for 13 minutes was not expected. Machine states $15 to start, it ate my other $5 and added time by putting a couple more dollar bills in machine.
Overall: it's a cool idea and needed for el paso. Perfect for those can't wash their dogs at home or for when groomer won't accept a mean dog. Remember to use the last 60 seconds to rinse disinfect the tub. Owner was onsite and will check. At least I mentioned the card machine wasn't working. Make sure to have three $5 bills and the rest of your choosing in single dollar bills.
Ps...take a towel to dry your dog.
