“AVIS is undoubtedly the best car rental services I have used, I travel alot and renting cars is inevitable, my experience with AVIS has been nothing short of perfection, their cars are new, well maintained, clean and prices are relatively fair. “I had my rental for a month due to repairs to my vehicle. This location worked with me on the upgrade fees and were very kind about extending the rental two times. I live 2 hours away in a small town and this Enterprise made it very easy to feel comfortable in the car. Logan, in particular, extended generosity when checking the car back in by giving me empathy. The vehicle was clean, smelled great and ran perfectly. I would highly recommend this location and Enterprise.”

“Initially went to the north Zaragoza RAC location to see about renting a W/D set for a month; the rep that greeted me explained that they don’t do “renting” only just “rent to own”; sales rep quickly recommended another location just down the street that did rent W/D sets. Kudos to that floor rep for being honest and even though RAC could not help me, he knew a location that could. Even though I did not purchase anything through this store, I am still giving this location a 5 Star rating due to the sales rep I encounter. We need more sales reps like him in this town with honest customer service skills:-)”

“Very helpful desk agent and lot attendant. The desk is conveniently located adjacent baggage claim area and the covered garage is a short walk. Inventory was good and we had several cars to choose from within our reserved category. Pickup and drop-off were very smooth.”

“Friendly staff. Would be nice if they had a public restroom. As most people have been on the road for a bit. The restaurant a couple of door down were nice to let me use theirs. But it was dirty. When you have to go you have to go.”
“Excellent service ! I had no trouble booking and it was a last minute! The lady at the front desk is very helpful. They ask for a deposit, it’s returned when you take your rental back. My deposit was back in my back account a few hours after i took the rental back. I recommend this rental place to everyone !!!

“I had not one issue with the rental except when i went to return the rental. I had returned the car a day early and i saw on the receipt that i wasnt gonna be refunded because i paid online. Thats what i was told by the employee. I dont see why that matters so i guess you have to pay in the office in order to get refunded if you return your vehicle early. Thats not fair. But other then that i had no problems with it.”

“The Mazda SUV was new, clean, beautiful, and drove so smoothly. I really liked having the individually wrapped clorox wipe provided so I cleaned the steering wheel and handles before driving away. The process was easy, and the price was fair. I will use Alamo next time too.”

“I can't express enough how impressed I am with this rental location. The manager is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind, doing everything possible to ensure our experience was outstanding. We rented a minivan for a one-way trip to purchase a new handicap accessible vehicle to replace our well-worn one. While I anticipated that one-way rentals would be expensive, the manager found every discount available, making it much more affordable. Upon arrival, we switched vehicles to a local rental to further reduce costs, and she made that process seamless. If you're in need of a rental car for any reason, I highly recommend this place.”
