“I always feel intimidated trying to go to a butcher because I don’t know what to buy or how to cook it. The staff here is so helpful and friendly, they got me over that fear. Our whole family loves the walk-up lunch window, and can vouch for the Chile Verde burritos, cheeseburgers, and BBQ Brisket sandwich… always a pleasure to visit with Victor and the crew. They offered us a military discount (they could tell we were new to the area and guessed right)! So glad we found this place!”
