Mr. Mike Rodriguez was the person that took care of the issue with my car. There was big misunderstanding the previous time and we spoke about it. It seems that other service managers had not done an adequate assessment of the services I needed for my car. At that time I got upset because mr. Rodriguez advised me of the services needed. It appeared that mike did an outstanding job of finding what my car needed. We decided that he would be the person to service my car. I apologize to Mike Rodriguez

The services at Bravo Cadillac were very professional to say the least. All customer service people were very attentive to our presence and acknowledge us as well. Took my SUV to service Friday of last week mainly to get a flat tire repaired and the oil change done. On Monday, the air pressure on that same tire was low. My husband called to get that taken care of but they told him to take it in Tuesday morning. He told the service guy we needed my SUV before noon due to personal errands we had going on and if they couldn't have it ready by then we would have to get the tire fixed elsewhere. Service guy said it wouldn't take them long to get the tire taken care of. Service guy mentioned my SUV had a recall and asked if we wanted to get that taken care of as well and we AGAIN specifically said no because we needed the SUV back before noon. SUV wasn't ready at the time agreed on and when my husband went to check to see what was going on my SUV was in service getting the recall repaired!! I had kids to go pick up and no car to go in!!!! Not to mention that last week when my SUV was taken for the same issue they did a courtesy wash and vacuum which was total lie ( I have pictures that prove otherwise). Not that it affected me but why bother leaving a note saying they did all that when it is OBVIOUS it is not true! Just lost a customer today! I did speak to the manager as well and I have no complaints at all about him but no free car detailing or car washes will make up for being late to pick up my kids!!Bravo Cadillac has my info, if they wanted to keep a customer they would've already called to try and fix things! I don't see why I should be the one calling them.

My Cue radio screen would not work and I was frustrated because this was not the first time I had to get it repaired. JJ listened to my concerns and after a brief wait had my car assessed and washed with a fair estimate. I returned the next day after they received the parts and it only took 2 hours to fix. I want to thank JJ for his enthusiasm and quick action ti get my car fixed.

I recently had to have my Escalade bumper repairs after a small fender bender. I took it to Bravo Body shop and they handled everything to make my repairs simple and easy.The expected completion date was met and dealing with the insurance and rental companies was handled by Bravo which created a stress free experience.Great job and thank you Kat (service advisor) for your professionalism and over all seamless experience.John

Juan Gonzalez , is a very professional salesman and will go out of his way to make you happy. Makes you feel welcome and will make sure you are well taken care of. We are returning customers to Juan. This passed weekend we purchased two vehicles from him. We will continue to work with him, even if he leaves Bravo.

I had just parked and Miguel S. walked outside to greet my husband and me. He brought us inside immediately and gave us waters to cool off with. We sat down and discussed specifics of what I wanted, within 5 minutes we found one to look at within my range. He pulled one up to the front door and opened all of the doors so we could check out the car and out for a test drive we went. I told him another car we were looking at as a possibility and he brought it out as well while we waited in the AC. After test driving both, I asked him for time to discuss it over. He asked on a scale of 1 to 10 how would I rate the car and what would it take to become a 10. He took the initiative to help his coworkers and other confused customers. As soon as we were done discussing, he was back over to us. We made an appointment for the next day for my down payment while him and his manager worked on financing for me. Even though my credit is rebuilding, I was lucky enough to have a co-signer, and Bravo Auto employees Miguel S., Esteban and Mark H. (in financing) worked with me to get the car I wanted so I could go home with it the same day. They could have turned me away like Viva Nissan did instead of working with me and my credit. They were more frustrated than I was with trying to find a car and financing. So much pressure was taken off my shoulders and I walked away happy with my 2021 Nissan Altima! Thank you so much Bravo Auto, and a special thank you to Miguel for working so hard so I could get a car after mine was totaled a month ago!

The service Manager Jesse and his new amazing colleagues and the Collision Center Manager Kat makes one’s experiences they’re effortless and seamless. They do all they can to ease your burdens and take the worry off your mind by working with you on every end possible. This makes for an incredible experience for us all! Thank you to sunny, Juan and carmela , hector and sal at Bravo cadilac on Montana for all fo their help in myself purchasing my vehicle. All were very helpful, friendly and never made me feel pressured into buying a vehicle with them. I totally recommend anyone looking for a vehicle going to bravo cadilac on Montana for their friendly and outgoing service. I hope to do business with them again in the future and will tell anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle to go see them at Bravo Cadillac.
