Why does it say on the website that it's open at 12 but when I get there it's locked, no one there and the sign says open. Waste of time and gas. Rather switch to metro now

The guy in there is never helpful the place looks like a store in someones house. The wife and kids are always in there which is maybe why he doesn’t want to do anything also is never opened at 10am nor 10:30

Staff ignores customers. Any question is answered by "we don't have anything in stock you'll have to go somewhere else" the store is a disgusting looking run down mess. And in order to get help setting up a phone you get charged a convenience fee.
