New BMW customer, purchased my X5 from this dealership, had nothing but a great sales experience, so I expected the same when I brought the vehicle in for my first annual service. The service scheduled through the website was an oil change and the rear wiper doesn't work along with the bottom of the tail gate. Kyle sent me a text stating they don't do diagnostics on Saturday. This text was sent at 6:30am, 2.5 hours before the appointment. Kyle refused to diagnose the vehicle, claiming they only had a skeleton crew, apparently they only have a second string technicians working on Saturdays. Absolutely poor customer service. Kyle himself or the management on duty should fulfill the customer requirements if they have staffing issues. Get better staff, service advisors, and managers. So, even though I've paid for extra coverage and warranties, the service advisor refused to diagnose the vehicle. Didn't offer to set up another time, or attempt to satisfy the customer. The vehicle still needs to be diagnosed and repaired.Great job Kyle Clark.

Please share! Last April, my X5 was towed to BMW of El Paso and they put 800 miles on my car. EIGHT HUNDRED MILES. I called the GM, Russel Stover, left messages, texted him, and was ignored. I called BMW Of North America, LLC and they said "ohhh woooow" but nothing further happened. Today I got a letter from Russell Stover talking about call them today to talk about warranty coverage. How about HELL NO. The crazy thing is, I complained to him about the service provided on a previous occasion and he said "but you still keep coming back" as if there's another BMW dealership within 3 hours of my location. I mentioned this to some coworkers on the military installation and they had the same experiences, finding receipts from Mexico under their seats and hundreds of miles on their cars...Mr. Stover, since you ignored me and continue to run a sham of an organization, you should be fired and your dealership completely overhauled. If you aren't trying to correct your actions, just stop contacting me bc when you do I end up getting all upset all over again and end up here to bash you publicly.

The worst BMW service I have encountered. I have several Bimmers and I will never go to this poorly ran Service site. I set an appointment, drove an hour to my appt. When I arrived I was told we won't get to it until Friday. Why would you set someone knowing you don't have time for it. This was the straw that broke my BMWs back. Previously took an M6 in and the mechanic mentioned I've never worked on this model and that scared me. I was also shorted a whole quart of oil. Not sure if that was sabotage or idiocracy. Only reason to go here is to buy 1 of 10 cars they have on the lot.

If I could give this place zero or negative stars I would. If you have to go make sure to ask for Alex in service, she's the only advisor that is knowledgeable and honest. Came in for an oil change and tire replacement. Oil change was quoted as $180+ when I asked why so much the advisor became upset and rude and didn't answer me until I pushed back. When she did come back with an old invoice she said prices went up! I was like ok nevermind just the tire. When I asked for the price, Alex had quoted me $60, this advisor came back and said $90. I told her that this isn't what I was quoted and she continued to have attitude and that's when I left. Avoid this place like the plague.

Worst BMW dealership/service center I have ever been to! I would never come here again. Knowing what I know now I would have been better off going over the bridge and straight to Juarez and have someone work on it there. Picked up my son at college for a 3 day trip from Texas to California. When we got to El Paso the check engine light came on . The next morning I had El Paso BMW dealership check it out. They kept my car for 12 hours and did $5,000 worth of work they said was necessary to get the check engine light to come off. Less than an hour after getting my car back the check engine light came back on. When I finally got to California my mechanic fixed the problem by replacing a $185 oxygen sensor. These guys are shysters. Run for the hills!

I bought my mini from here back in 9/2019. The customer service is excellent. There is nothing else quite like it. And it's "transferable" I live in NorCal and take my car to BMW of Concord and again, the service is the best. Nothing else like it. Bill took excellent care of me back in Sep 2019. I got extra coverage for the tires. It's been money well spent. And the car service is simple. Can make an appointment over the phone or on the app. The cars basically sell themselves, but the customer service is unparalleled. This review is all pfor customer service and car service team.

One of the worst BMW dealerships I've been to. Let's start with my My first of two experiences. I scheduled an appointment to replace a failed water pump and was quoted a pickup date. I stressed the urgency and had them double check with the services department. I was reassured they could complete the task by the discussed date as its only a 3hr job. Upon arrival with my towed car (only about an hour after our conversation) I was then told there were multiple cars ahead of me and they wouldn't even start working on my car for another week. Waste of my time and money.Experience number two. I needed a new key and ordered one for $380. Upon pickup I was then informed if the key doesn't work it would be an additional charge of $200 to program. For $380 you think the key would come programmed but whatever. Luckily for me I took my new key home & it didn't work. So I called BMW of El Paso and was informed that they could program the key and to bring it in, ONLY being told it would be ready for pickup in day or two. Upon arrival I was then informed they need my car at the dealership (why wasn't this communicated over the phone when I called?). I discussed my concerns with the Service Advisor & against my better judgment I had my car towed in at 0830 the next morning being reassured multiple times it would be ready for pickup that day. I even received numerous phone calls being reassured everything is on schedule and my car will be ready for pickup in the evening. Fast forward to 3hrs before closing and now I'm being told: it needs a security module costing $1,101 +tax with a 2week wait and I'm SOL on the key I just purchased because the module comes with 2 keys. But wait it gets better. After I complained about the lack of communication then demanding a refund for my new $380 "paperweight" I was then told my car ACTUALLY needs a different module now costing $1,700. But they can throw in a discount for the Unprogrammed key I just purchased bringing the total cost down to $1,110.When conducting business with BMW of El Paso I am consumed with the thought that I am portrayed as Incompetent, Gullible & Naive. Not to mention every time I've set foot into the this establishment I haven't been greeted once as if I'm unimportant.

I do not trust this dealership. While in town visiting family I noticed I had some damage underneath my 5 series front bumper where the skid plate is screwed in. Since I am not familiar with any repair shops in El Paso I decided to stay safe and go to the "pros" at the bmw dealership. I brought my car in July 1st with an appointment, I was helped by Heidi and figured out that the part I needed had to be ordered. We decided to do an oil-change since I had already brought the car in, and I had no problems through that process.Unfortunately the following week when I returned for the replacement part we had ordered I did not receive this same service. I brought the car in at 9:30am July 8th and was helped by Karina. Nothing seemed wrong when I returned to pick my car up until I got on the freeway. At that point I began to hear a flapping noise which I believed to be a flat tire. I pulled off and parked in a lot and checked my tire pressure. When realizing it wasn't the tire I got on my knees and saw that the skid plate was hanging off and scraping in the floor! It was practically un drivable at this point, and was in worse condition then when I brought it in that same day! I called Karina and after being sent to voicemail she gave me a call back. She was apologetic on the phone and said they would send a tech out to determine if I would need a tow. After almost an hour waiting for the tech, he showed up in his personal vehicle and before even inspecting the car he began making excuses! Basically he told me that there were TWO parts to the skid plate and they had only replaced the front, which made the second part droop and they hadn't bothered to secure it. To make it worse he asked me to drive it back to the shop with the piece still scraping! He then secured the plate back on by just screwing it in. Then had the audacity to say he was doing me a favor because he was already off the clock. He then told me that it was good and I could drive off. But I needed to speak with someone about this. I went inside and found Karina who told me she was very sorry and would go get her manager while I waited in the lounge. After waiting for almost half an hour I decided I was over waiting to speak to a manager and just wanted a document that would cover any additional costs because of poor workmanship. In the end I paid almost $300 for an incomplete repair job that only takes two plastic pieces and a couple screws, and walked away with additional damage due to the incompetence of their technicians. I do not recommend coming here for any repairs due to piss poor management and complete negligence in their repair shop.
