STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! DO NOT LET YOUR SONS/DAUGHTERS BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! My son went to this dealership because they "cold called" him within a week of being stationed at Ft. Bliss saying they were ex military and there to help young soldiers get transportation. They tried to sell him an overpriced vehicle but I told him it was too much especially for the mileage on the car. They then called him about a car "they just got in which was cheaper with less miles" and had him come back. Unbeknownst to me at the time, they refused to let him test drive the second car claiming it was being cleaned since they just got it in. They sold my son the car and within an hour of leaving the dealership, the check engine light and ABS brake light came on. Unfortunately, on the way to PT the next morning the car froze up on my son while he was driving and he had an accident which totaled the car. Hector, the manager, was no help and just stressed the cars are sold "as is" and all vehicles are inspected and there was no way any warning lights were ever on. Of course, when I asked him for paperwork, he took several weeks to provide me with the inspection paperwork for the vehicle. My son has since spoken to several other soldiers that were also sold cars from this dealership from their "cold calls" and ALL of them have had issues with their vehicles. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!

This place really helped me get into a car. Highly recommend this place! The staff was very helpful and made sure I left the place with a car! I would definitely recommend going to Hector and Juan they were a huge help!!

An absolutely amazing dealership to go to in El Paso, I would highly recommend them to anyone anywhere, Juan helped me tremendously and they definitely helped me 100% on my payments and definitely helped me get into a much needed car that was extremely nice and what I was in search of, everyone there especially Juan was there to help and to see what was needed to get me into this car. The car needed a little bit of a tune up but no problem they were there to help fix the issue even after buying it. Tremendous people great atmosphere and great service 10 out of 10 thank you big stars motors for helping even when no other dealership would

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I personally bought a 2003 350z from Big Star Motors on December of 2022. My car has been sitting since December of 2022. The car broke down within one week of me driving it. I personally found out they had deleted codes from the engine. MULITPLE CODES. I had taken it back and all the sudden the man JOHN SHAMALEY had claimed he had never sold me the car ?? Like what ? Talk about helping military am I right ? All i wanted was for them to at least fix the car. JOHN is a veteran and DID NOT DO ANYTHING. The dealership offered to fix it. Then claimed I was at fault ??? I only had driven the car for 3 days. They suddenly offered to fix it after I said I would leave a review. As they were so called “fixing it”, they destroyed the interior. I had paid multiple tows to tow it to and from their dealership. I then had taken it to a Professional dealer/mechanic at Nissan. The engine had multiple codes deleted and the engine was bad. VERY BAD. I got quoted 5k to get it fixed. Beyond upset because I cannot afford 5 thousand after just getting a loan of 12,000 dollars to purchase the car. As they were so called “fixing it”, they destroyed the interior. I had paid multiple tows to tow it to and from their dealership. Now I’m stuck paying for a 11k car that does not run. This place should be shutdown by how many people they have screwed over the years. The poor soldiers of fort bliss who purchase these cars without the proper knowledge on how to buy their first car. They are EASILY corrupted by the man JOHN who claims to help soldiers. I hope they remember this. I will be making a complaint to CG go make this place black listed to soldiers. I am deeply heartbroken. A buddy of mine had purchased a purple g35 which broke down within a MONTH of driving it. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE.

Bought a 2015 Evolution X and asked the guy that helped me if there was anything wrong with the car and he replied that there wasn't anything wrong and it was never in an accident. I bought the car cash and paid to get it delivered which they did not want to do and it turned out the car had plenty of rust. They said they did not have equipment to check underneath the car so they did not know it had rust. I also found out they the car was in a moderate car accident to which they denied. To top it off one of the struts was completely broken and also the AYC pump and Hector the manager said that the car was fine when they had it and that they were not going to replace it. This dealer is a joke and they sell you cars really expensive as if they had no problems and once you take it the problems start to show up. Don't trust this dealer and their cars. Car was not worth 27k with all the rust and the car being in a car accident
