So I have had this car since December and it's only April and the transmission has went out. I was at the Hyundai dealer waiting and waiting for them to email my warranty so I can get it fixed and they never emailed it. Spoke to 3 different people and was let down. Even tried calling my salesman and nothing. Customer service after the sale is still important. Will not be doing business with this company again. 18k dollar car issues. Not to mention the other issues it has.

I bought my 2015 jeep from Jesse my sales man .. and I couldn't be happier with my jeep... I got the carfax report... took 2k off the price of my jeep... got me into my jeep with no money down...I did get the extended warranty for it just because it is a used car.... but I am very happy with my ride.... Jesse you rock ....

DO NOT BUY FROM “BEST DEAL” PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GOING THERE.. They are straight crooks they look like nice people but they are not.. They just want to sell and get money and don’t care if the vehicle is in good conditions.. They sold me a vehicle 9/31/22 and I have had to fix everything on it.. They just put things together to make it look ok to sell but they do not really fix crashed vehicles and will give whoever buys it more problems.. I asked about the accident and EDDIE lied saying that it was a hit on a door.. later I found out the crash affected the very front and that is were all the problems have been.. I regret so much even setting foot in that place.. They make you feel like they want to help you but they only create more problems for you once you buy from them.. I gave them many chances to fix the problems and they didn’t.. I can go on an on about my horrible experience here, I do want everyone who does read reviews not make the same mistake I did in trusting them.. the feeling sucks!
