I had a difficult time finding help. Store had more employees than customers so that was a little annoying. So I got the car speakers I thought I needed. I took them to the audio section register and asked him if these speakers will fit a specific size hole. The bearded guy smugly looked at me and said yes. I was like great and I bought them. I went outside and ofcourse they don't fit! I went back inside and I asked the front greeter on a pedestal if someone can help me at the car audio department. I went over and found the same guy around the area and I told him they didn't fit. Instead of admitting that he was wrong he went on that he was a installer and those should fit and walked away. Again, nobody was there to help and I found the right ones on my own. On my way to the front I asked the front greeter what happened to the help. He said he called for help twice. We'll nobody ever showed up and the only one that helped was a no it all that didn't know much apparently. Horrible customer service won't be returning!

Walked in to handle a return , such a pleasant experience after having to deal with the final boss over there on gateway store… i wish all staff were as pleasant.
Afterward , i dealt with aylin to get info on a TV , awesome experience, going back shortly with the wife to make a purchase hopefully.

Message for Magee.. not a big selection of stoves only saw around 6 or 7 looking for __kitchen aid___ seemed like same stoves from last year. It still is our favorite best buy
