Horrible service by the service consultant that claimed to be a manager. His name is Bryan. He should not be anywhere near the manager position. First i wanted to get the headphones open box that showed in inventory at the store and he refused to look for them correctly. Then i chose some headphone that had a broken box and asked for the damaged box discount that ive gotten before without an issue and he just smiled and said it wasnt damaged when even the other employee agreed that the box was in rough shape

Trash store you go in all associates are lined up at the door no one says welcome or anything I had been walking no one bothered to help. I asked one lady if they had trucker friendly GPS she didn't know she told me she would send someone. No one showed up so I left. I'll go spend my money elsewhere!

Went to purchase an android auto dongle that showed in stock. The staff was extremely helpful in looking for it but unfortunately were unable to locate it. I didn't think it was possible to loose inventory at best buy.

Terrible customer service!!! I paid for delivery fee and apparently for them to install its another fee which the cashier at the store didn’t explain. If that was the case I could’ve saved myself some money and just picked it up myself. People at the store need better training.

Ezequiel the manager does not like to help out his customers! Will give you any excuse to not price match the competitors better deals. He is not about customer service. Truly disappointed Best Buy. Do better

Awesome customer services! Aylin helped us pick the best tv and informed us of sale after purchase. Aaron facilitated his team with great energy! Geek squad ( Corina, Ruben, and Justin) came and mounted our tv perfectly and provided great customer service and walked us through a demo for our new purchase!! Thank you Best Buy team!!!!

Hard to believe so many employees walking around doin nothing and no one can help. So disorganised i cant belive it!
