“30 day money back guarantee” is every store’s policy... US and FTC backed and approved.
Not this store.
All I wanted was to exchange one game I didn’t like after having the game for less than 24 hours. The clerk said “BECAUSE IT WAS OPENED, WE CAN’T RETURN OR EXCHANGE DUE TO COPYRIGHT”. No, that’s a lie. You file it as a loss. The customer has 30 days to return for a refund, period. For an electronic store, they should know better than to have a fake ruling “if it was opened” knowing you can’t just return an unopened product and KNOW WHY YOY RETURNED IT. Covid Virus or NOT. These fiends won’t be receiving my good will business again... They wanna treat me like a sack of money, I’ll see and treat them like moronic drones (worth less than human).
Be very careful or don’t buy from Best Buy. Clearly, they are NOT the BEST.

This was our first time in this location. We were greeted upon entry, asked where to find the printers, and told someone one would meet us in that aisle. No one ever came. We used online information to help us make a decision. It would have made the shopping experience better to speak with a real person. Yet I think those days have gone by the wayside. We made a printer purchase and confirmed their 15-day return policy. Big store filled with a lot of merchandise, yet no one around to give that personalized touch. Welcome to the new age in DIY-shopping!

The employees are very nice here, but not having a phone number any longer to speak to anybody in the store warrants low stars for review. You can only reach foreign customer support who put you on hold for 10+ minutes to provide worthless information. Waste of my time and making me second guess even making purchases online here anymore.

The employees and managers are very despotic when you tell them, well, if you don't want to work with us, so that you can sell to us and give us good treatment as customers, then we are going to cancel, they don't care, even so, very bad customer service.
