I brought them a brand spanking new 12,000lbs winch in the box all the packaging still on there and they only wanted to offer me 100.00. The thing can easily go for 500.00. I understand that they got to make their money to but 100.00 for that. Such an insult. Took it to another pawn shop they offered me 300.00.

Needed to pawn a firearm due to an unforseen vet bill and the associate in front named "Pepper" couldn't even identify it and lowballed me more than 300 dollars. Horrible attitude and no knowledge on specific firearm. Went based off of used items when item was brand new. Will never return. Customers beware
