“This is the best place to go for help with car issues. My brake light was out. Omar selected the right replacement bulb, and without any hesitation, both Omar and Chris assisted me in installing it. In the past, my windshield wipers and battery were both replaced and installed by employees at O'Reilly. Great customer service!”

“Great service and you can find a lot of automotive stuff of course. I say great service because when you ask for something they will personally show you where it is, or of course they get it from their stock right away. Good battery service too. We had a dead battery, the warranty hadn’t expired, they exchanged it and also set up to charge the old battery to see if it might be truck related and not battery related. So anyways, after a while I called to check and it was the battery( thank goodness).Nice people!”

“Special thank you to Ms Claudia. Working on my 1971 Chevy K20 Custom with an aftermarket engine. Needed an oil pan gasket but not sire what generation the SBC was. She helped me out and found the correct one when we cross referenced I think a 1989 K1500 Chevy 350 part number. “Great staff here. Alternator died on me while me and my wife were going to the store. They help me get the part that I needed and supplied me with the tools I needed to change it in the parking lot in about 20 minutes and we were back on the road.”
“I admit that I walked in at a loss as what I needed to do. Fortunately, Liz was there to set me in the right direction. She was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. She didn't get frustrated with me and my many questions. She even was kind enough to suggest a local shop that could help me with my problem. She double checked on the parts (kit) that I needed and made sure they were in stock without her having to order it for me. She's a great asset to the company! Kudos on hiring this awesome woman. She took the time to help me understand what all I needed to do and was friendly the entire time. I will seek her out next time I have to get something else for my car. Great job!”

“O'Reilly Auto is great for getting a quick part, they have a limited supply on hand and most things for uncommon vehicles have to be ordered, which case, I would rather order it myself, from a direct dealer, and get the same or even better price. I tried doing a commercial account, but seems like the manager is never available and the application is paper only. Still 5 stars for the super customer service staff.”
