I love going to Bath & Body Works. There is so much to choose from. Candles, sprays, lotions, etc. It’s nearly impossible to not find something you like. The employees are fairly courteous on the floor but at the register it’s a toss up. Hopefully they aren’t stressed or pressured. Other than that I was pleased with my visit.

This rating is solely based on the customer service i received from a sweet girl named Serenity. Me and my husband went there to pick out holiday scents for our new car and she was so helpful and sweet. She took her time helping us choose scents and recommending us some that were similar. I’ve never had such a great experience at any bath and body works location. Me and hubby will visit more often.

I went today and the male employee with brown plaid shirt and highlights on his hair he has a very bad attitude very disrespectful very bad customer service he should not be in customer service

First bad experience with this company that I have had. The girl working tonight training another cashier, was about as rude as could be. She did not want to accept our coupons. She went as far as saying that one said it was already scanned. We literally took that coupon from the mailbox immediately before going to the store. That is why we went! She was not polite and had terrible customer service. I did not even purchase my full order because I was getting to annoyed the lack of customer service. As a local guide, my reviews are always positive however I cannot even pretend this was a positive experience.

I came to this location to pick up an online order I plaved over the weekend. Even though my order wasn't ready, the gentleman assured me that the wait wouldn't be long. Within 5-10 minutes, he had my order ready for me!
