paypal time after time to pay bill. NO LUCK!
Called Bath and Body to hear them say it
was a paypal issue. Screw the order!

I thought I liked the store and their customer service. Today- I had my children with me ( 4 year old twins ).. and their was a 7 foot lady ( associate)... Who let me know in front of other customers my daughter had a key chain under her shirt and that the other twin had ran out with a candleholder... This Amazon was rude and didn't even give me a chance to grab my purchase off the counter and get myself together with my kids... I returned the items and she had it all wrong it wasn't a candle holder my other twin had. If she would of given better customer service instead.. I would of been in and out of her store. What gets me is the main associate who was at the door when..I first walked in.. knows who I am and knows my twins...she mumbled something to Veronica and she then looked at my twins...I don't need to give details about my twins on this review but her customer service was horrible -today as well. To many options out there and Basset isn't the best place to shop anyways so get your customer service together and keep an eye out on those older customers not a pair of toddlers. I promise their not the ones ripping you off. * I left the store and I called to get the Amazons name and that was a nightmare they kept putting me on hold....I then said do I need to go back to your store and get her name they then said Sofia.... I wonder why they didn't want to give me her name? Go figure.
