No one ever answers the phone! You can't get through to speak with anyone. What is wrong with customer service now a days!

Idk if these people hate their job, but the customer service is awful. No respect. No manners. Everyone always in a bad mood. The guy with glasses comb over always has something smart to say. Next time I’ll take this to there upper management.

I go inside for help and they tell me to call customer service, what’s the point of the men in the front then.
