I had my account hacked, went to B of A I told the teller I needed a new card she talked with the manager he said I could get a new card…5 days later sill no card!! I end up calling B of A fraud department and finally got a live person. She was extremely helpful and now I have to wait another 5 day to pay my bills along with late fees!!!?

Recently acoomompanird my elderly Mother to take care of very simple business. I have never met such rude employees BUT only to elderly individuals. Not the actual bankers the tellers and Receptionist. They actually went out of their way to talk down to the elderly people that came in. A older Hispanic man with glasses just took the cake. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I will be closing my accounts with Bank of America. Horribly unprofessional and the Manager should remind the Employees that the Eldery should treating with respect. Shame on all of them. I hope someone treats their Eldetly loved ones like they treated the customers I saw in Lobby. Absolutely shameful.

This place man, let me tell you; the staff is amazing they always converse with me on multiple topics and a few have gone above and beyond especially ( Adrian Jackson ). I had a huge issue with my account that he was able to assist me with. He was patient courteous and quick answering all my questions. A d he made sure I was happy and content with the outcome thank you so much!!!

I would not recommend this bank at all. By far, one of the worst banks I have ever been with. They overdrew my account in the amount of -$2,400 literally right after I opened the account. When I called to ask, why my account was overdrawn by so much? They couldn't even give me a straight answer as to why this happened. I had not even had my account open for less than a day. Now, they are threatening to take this account to collections and report it to the credit bureaus. I still don't know how this happened. I had my account open for less than a day. I told them I am not paying them anything for their negligence. Since, I was not a fault or responsible for their mistake. Why should I be forced to pay for something that was not even my fault in the first place? My account was open for less than 24 hours. I don't even understand how this happened in the first place. Avoid this bank if you want to avoid collections activity or your credit report being messed up.
