I love the auto service diagnostics available. They not only have the diagnostic test but they can check your battery, and alternator- so far that I know of. I wish they’d advertise it all because I learn as I go. They have everything they’re supposed to. This store is always well stocked. Employees are helpful. I appreciate this place a lot!

I had a battery die on me so I came in for a new one. Lo was able to get me a great price with a one year warranty and she changed it and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes. Fixing my car is always such a frustrating experience, but today it wasn't and I sincerely appreciate that.

This store is below par. So many people on shift and no one asks if you need help, 4-5 people working but only one register open and some of the staff don’t even know how to find what you need

This is the worst place to get anything from or at least breaks cuz they claim to be break experts all of them even though I know they're not certified break experts saying that they could tell if the brakes failed or were the effect of or if something else was the cause of the brakes spelling which I find it to be a lie I guarantee you that if you go and ask for their certification they would not have any and the guy over the phone even said that they were all break experts lies if you would lie about something like that you would lie about anything just to not give either a refund or to sell you something

Awesome place... everyone I've had contact with has been so helpful and friendly. They did a diagnosis for free..would have been $110 where I called. Sold me the part and gave me an estimate of what a good price was to pay for repair.. Another time, one guy showed me how to change the fuse ( different car)..saved me lots of money
They are my go-to place!!

it's a hit or miss autozone. we've gone and had few quick good experiences then also multiple horrible experiences. a common denominator seems to be they're understaffed or their employees don't wanna be on the cashier..
we bought a new battery and a new alternator less than two months ago and one of them already gave out. i was absolutely livid, but Ms. Lo went above n beyond, she helped us out more than we thought, was understanding, and did what she could for us. unfortunately this is our neighborhood autozone, but just for Ms. Lo, its not that bad anymore lol
