They have the worst staff, rude and do not help the customer since the manager is a rude baron, who does not treat the customer well and if you tell him something that they did wrong, he tells you not to come back to my store, they are disgusting workers They are putting the prestige of auto zone very badly, they should select their staff better.
They are disgusting staff.

Worst experience ever! Instead of being resourceful in looking for parts. Everyone passing the buck/blaming the hub.
Whatever happen to looking into as to why parts aren’t arriving or even looking for an alternate solution.. all I was told “ I’m not sure what happened if want to come back later or call”…. Really?

I have gone to AutoZone in many different cities for many many years. And I can say this particular AutoZone has extremely helpful, empathetic, and professional people that really care about their customers. I know because they really care about me!!! AutoZone is blessed to have them have a very blessed day!!!

I am trying to get ahold of any upper management. They told my boyfriend he could not get a battery replacement because it’s not in the system when the battery itself has a STICKER that says he gets a 3 year warranty. How can Autozone claim to provide 3 year warranties but not honor them? If there is a system mistake then that’s not OUR problem. Didn’t even try to help further, didn’t try to call a supervisor. This is ridiculous and these employees are giving a bad name to the company.
