Frank C. went above and beyond to help me this morning. We had some computer challenges at the register, but he remained cheerful, energetic, and generally cool throughout the transaction. I have an Autozone close to my house, but I'd drive the extra miles to visit the location at Lee Trevino, by Sam's. These dudes are cool.

Just went into store asked about tire wheel locks and man told me we have get in line fine get in line there's like3 or 4 guys in here pressured kid don't know and the bald bald guy says no well someone didnt check we dont have all pressured its busy

Terrible over the phone support from Christian.
TLDR: Employee makes me wait 1.5hrs on hold to tell me he won't help me get an update on my order. I waited 20 mins not on hold hearing the background noise of employee casually talking laughing. I call a different store and they figure it out in like 30 seconds that there was an issue. All I wanted was an update on an ordered which was a simple ask.
Today (6.20.24) I called the store to get an update on an order I had placed from another store a couple days ago to pick up at said store. The employee (Christian) who picked up stated he was tied up in an interaction and would be with me in just a moment (totally fine I get it) I waited 20+ mins and thinking they may have forgotten about me as usually there's more than one employee and I was concerned I may have been forgotten. When I call back I get the same employee to pick up who again tells me they're busy in a more aggressive tone and I think no biggie I just wanted to make sure I wasn't forgotten. I wait an additional 40+ mins and asked what it is that I need I explain and I'm told to wait so they can check on an update to my order. This time he doesn't put me on hold and I hear the background noise of employee's talking assuming the employee goes to check on the order. Queue me waiting another additional 15-20mins calling out and hearing employees talking to each other laughing and all. I get tired of waiting and call back assuming I was forgotten about again. Call back and instantly get answered by the same employee who then decides to "help" me gets my info and tells me to call the "hub" and gives me half the number before telling me he can't proceed with giving me the number and I'm gonna have to call the other store so they can call to get an update. At this point I'm done with the convo say thanks even though this was no help as he wouldn't even attempt to call to help me out with how long I've been waiting it feels like a spit in the face and the quickest thing to get rid of me and keep me from calling back. I call another store and they're surprised they wouldn't help me. They do their best to remedy the situation. Turns out with a quick look the part never shipped and was told the order was going to be replaced and I'll have to wait an additional 2 days. Which is unfortunate, but fine. I'm glad I at least got it handled or else I would've had to wait who knows how long if I didn't check up on it. I also do want to state I wasn't yelling or disrespectful to even warrant the treatment, but it is what it is. It's unfortunate that this hub store is something I have to interact with if my AutoZone doesn't have the part in stock since they keep most of the stock there.
