Wrong oil filter was given to me by associate. Noticed once oil change was in progress at home and had to uber to get the correct one. Double check before you leave the store.

Went to get a new battery for my wife’s car. Andres was extremely helpful. He even helped me change the battery and was knowledge, personable, and efficient. I’m he was there to help me out, especially since I had my son with me.

Excellent service! Staff and store manager (Ivan) so knowledgeable and polite. Very kind also, he helped me with my car's battery. Sold it and installed it for me since I don't know anything about cars. Highly recommend

A young man was helping me look for something that they do not stock, well ok. then stood at the front register wating for over 10 minutes to pay out, 2 employees helping customers at the computer making them exempt from helping me so no issues there, 2 employees walking past me, and 2 managers in the back walking back and forth clearly seeing me and no one asked if I wanted to pay out. I will not be back to this store.

Autozone your customer service is usual spot on with helpful, friendly and knowledgable employees but there was one individual today that would make me second guess coming back to this location.My daughter had trouble starting the car this morning. Over the phone I asked her check some things, and then just asked to take the battery to AutoZone to get it checked. They checked and it was good with 100% charge, but they gave her a new battery anyway. I'm glad they did cause the car started just fine but her encounter with an older female employee was not nice based on what I was told by my daughter. She had a rude and unkind demeanor.When I went back to ask for a receipt. I was greeted by kind and friendly gentlemen, that took his time to explain to me why a receipt was no longer needed. This female walked up interrupted the conversation and also gave me some attitude about what happened. I am unsure why she felt that she had to speak to me in that manner, but I did let her know that I did appreciate the way she spoke to my daughter earlier.Its not what you say but sometimes how you say it. This woman should understand that we all don't have the same knowledge about cars as she does, and which is why we go to Autozone. Maybe this wasn't a "crucial" matter to her, but when you don't know, and you go somewhere for help you shouldn't be spoken to with a bad demeanor or be made to feel bad cause you dont' know.
