I was traveling and my engine light came on. Went to a repair shop and they wanted 95 dollars to diagnose the engine light. ? So I went up the street to this auto zone and a they diagnosed the engine light (for free) and found I needed an oxygen and fuel sensor. They had one in stock for 90 dollars and loaned me the tools to install it. The gentleman that helped me was super cool and knowledgeable (wish I would have got his name to applaud him personally. AutoZone rocks! ✌?

01/26/24 Not much seems to have changed. Incompentance grows at this store. I purchased items online and checked out with PayPal. One item needed to be returned. The PayPal receipt. the credit card used. the store number, the store transaction number, and the date and time to the minute was provided. Stephanie wanted to provide store credit even though online states that you can return items to any store with half of the information which was provided. A phone call made to corporate will get your money returned to you quickly. I guess the employees are still rude and on a power trip, especially, if they didn't make the sale.2021: Rude employees.

Wanted to leave an intentional review for Jesus Hernandez. We had a stripped terminal and he spent hours with us trying to remove it and was successful. He was amazing throughout the time and very patient. I have nothing negative to say other then the coworker that was with him was very inpatient and she continued to make up feel uncomfortable because of Jesus helping us. I definitely don’t believe you should make people feel helpless and more of a burden when we are already experiencing car issues. Other than that Jesus was great and I don’t want to take the light off of that! Highly recommend HIS service.
