I needed help with my battery, my first mistake was going to O'Reilly first, they basically said go to dealership we can't help you with it. I decided to go to auto zone, Martin helped me out, got my battery installed in ans out of there before headed to work,smile on his face. None of this sorry we can't help attitude, then find out lastly my batter was an O'Reilly the whole time. Need less to say Dyer Auto Zone is the better go to. THANK YOU MARTIN!

Helpful staff. Christian was very kind and knowledgeable and helped me find the right products for my auto body repair. The manager Andrea was also extremely helpful and patient with my questions. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this store!

I will start off that i have always received great service from the employees at the dyer and monroe location but unfortunately not this time. If I could Rate the service I received today a zero I would. I walked in 15 min before they closed grabbed my things quickly this was an emergency i usually dont go to establishments so close to closing and went to the front just for them to tell me before 9pm "the time they close" I couldn't take my things because I was paying cash ... that the Manager Andrea was taught to close the register before the store actually closes ... then to top off the young guy that was there with her was extremely rude as well saying it wasn't his problem that they were closing and that I only had cash to pay ... you could tell he didn't really want to help anyone at this point they were both ready to run out the door. I waited a awhile before Andrea the "manager" came to speak to me then was very rude and told me go head and complain she didn't mind that I was calling in the morning. I feel like this was handled very unprofessional but I'm not surprised because she is very young and obviously needs more training on how to handle her self. The young man just looks like he hates his job... it's sad to see that you have these two employees representing your store. We usually have no issues when we come here ... we've been coming to this store way before these two were even born. I also was in an Uber because I needed this things to finish fixing my truck to be able to take my daughter to school since we are down our other car. But of course it's not their problem... but it is their job and that is what they are getting paid for. They could have just opened the drawer and charged me I was the last one they had ... I know I have done it before but that's just me I guess I have more human decency. Very disappointed ...

Andrea at store 1354 in El Paso , Tx did a great job helping me and trying to figure out solutions. She was super knowledgeable of her system and went the extra mile trying to fix a wrong part issue.
